Amazing hotel staff were fantastic highly recommend

Great stay! Very comfortable rooms and liked the large pool. Would like to give Ali Sayed a big thank you with helping me to pay a taxi when I didn’t have any rupees. Ali gave me the money from his own pocket when paying on a card was just not an option.

We chose to spend our anniversary weekend at the Sheraton in Whitefield. This hotel had been on our go-to list, as we have enjoyed several stays at other hotels in Bangalore. Since it was conveniently located near our home and we had always wanted to visit, we decided to spend a day there. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The hotel staff was courteous, and Shreeda and Sahana greeted us warmly at the reception desk, ensuring a smooth check-in. Knowing it was our anniversary, I requested some fresh flowers in our room. To our surprise, the housekeeping staff, led by Komal, exceeded my expectations. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers, and they even provided a cake for us to celebrate our special day. We were truly touched by the lovely handwritten notes from Komal and the hotel team, which made our day even more memorable. Although a pottery session that was included in our booking did not take place, we were invited to participate in a pizza-making session instead, which turned out to be a delightful experience. Chefs Soundar, Richard, and Sachin made the activity enjoyable for us. It was our first time trying our hand at live pizza-making, and the chefs were incredibly patient. While we initially spoiled our first pizza, they encouraged us to make a second one, which turned out much better. From flattening the dough to spreading pesto sauce and adding veggies, we shared plenty of laughs and had a great time in the kitchen. The pizza was served to us afterwards and was delicious, especially the pesto sauce, which elevated the flavours. It was an experience we had never encountered before, and the culinary team at Sheraton truly impressed us. We ended our day with dinner in our room, where Arindam from In-House Dining was very helpful and attentive to all our requests. The next morning, we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast at the Feast. It was a well-spread buffet with a delightful mix of Indian and Continental cuisine. The live counters, where we could customize our parathas and dosas, were a particular highlight. Overall, we created wonderful memories and experiences that we will always cherish. A special thank you to Sahana Shetty, who supported us throughout our stay and helped make it memorable.

The buffet spread is amazing. All meals. Such great variety. The gym is really good. So many equipments and machines. It's so huge as well. Well maintained and clean. Other hotel gyms don't even come close. The rooms are well sized. Staff is so friendly. And the dishes are all very delicious.

My husband and I stayed at this marvellous hotel late October then one night on the back end of our travels for Sydney My first time visit to this amazing country, our check in easy, rooms were both comfortable, staff exceptional and super attentive. Breakfast with a dizzying array of variety catering for all dietary requirements , the Halloween brunch set up for the 31 st October , wonderful with all staff dressed in various costume ! Couldn’t fault the decor, beautiful flowers upon entry , bar staff in the lounge area my new best friend!! Def recommend to any first timers

Stayed in this hotel multiple times over 4 months. Great property with high hospitality standards. Tasty food in the restaurants, lots of choice. Very attentive personnel Rooms spacious and new. Concierge service is also amazing (airport pick-up and drops, trips around the city) Regular room cleaning - Kousik, in particular, did a great job) Hotel is worth its price
