It was very unhygienic it had used sanitary pad in the washroom
it also had blood strains on the bedsheet

I am back to Bengaluru after a decade or so. Initially I stayed at a hotel which was bad and infested with bugs & smell. My colleague suggested me this hotel and found very good while staying here. The staff / food was good and overall the Stay was pretty good

The only good thing is, the hotel is near to shopping center. Cons: room was not good
it cannot be considered as suite room
no parking at all and no guidance none was there to answer any booking queries and help with check in
overall horrible experience for family stay.

Very poor service, rooms are not clean, no facility like not providing any bath kit, i took rooms with breakfast nut they do not have restaurant, they gives outside food with wrap in news paper. Pathetic staff, all the rooms are dirty, there is dust around the table and flask.

It's a third grade lodge. Worst experience i ever had in a hotel. Dirty hotel room, unhygienic wash room, horrible service

There was no option for zero stars, thats is why rating it one star. The staff are absolutely unaware of hotel ethics. We were not given drinking water, was said it was chargeable. No water in bathroom, no parking facility. Literally overcharged for suite room, which turned out to be a small room with two beds.

First place no parking available. No vallet also available. I had to go park on the road little far from the hotel. Booked for the suite. Got a regular room and then shifted again in the evening to slightly bigger but was not the same. Which i booked and was only for a night stay. And was having a tight schedule. He ce could take up with the hotel. Will not choose this again

We had pre booked the hotel for 4 people and we canceled it later after it showed on the website that we had refund and when we asked for our money back they refused by postponing the refund and when we called them they blocked us, and the customer service is horrible if u want to reach out to one particular person they’ll keep saying they don’t have him in the office. We reached to 2 people Sanjay and Haresh , and in the end they said we are getting no money back.
