Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

I’ve been to ***y hotels for personal and business trips, but even in hotels with more stars, none could match the customer service I experienced at Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring in Bangalore. Everyone from different positions made us feel special and made sure that we are having a good stay at the hotel. Breakfast was 10/10! Everyday, I was excited to have my breakfast and haven’t tasted a single menu that I didn’t like. Chef Vijay made sure that we are having the best food checking on us daily. Nabil served as well daily, and on our last day, I asked if my favorite kiwi yogurt is still available as it’s not in the buffet area, and I wanted my ***ager to try how good it was. At first, a girl told us that unfortunately it’s not available anymore, but eventually, after awhile Nabil brought us a bowl of kiwi yogurt (they might have freshly made it). Before check out, I was having trouble contacting my flight airline, but Ajanta from front desk made several calls to make sure that I have the right contact about my concern and always pleasant whenever talk to her. I had a problem with my excess baggage and though this does not concern them anymore, ***ish helped in all he could from weighing and packing stuff in a box and Anil from concierge also called several courier services to check on how I could have my package delivered to my country. I was in so much stress in the last day of my stay, but Fairfield staff gave me so much great service that made me feel like a VIP. It was my first time in India, and that experience in the hotel is one of the best memories I had. Before I could even leave, they already made me feel like wanting to go back and bring my family and friends too so they could also experience the great services that I had. I am very much looking forward to stay in this hotel again. Thank you so much Ajanta, Chef Vijay, ***ish, Anil, Nabil, and to all the staff that I didn’t get the chance to know their names, but made me from Philippines, my ***ager from Japan and my colleague from Mumbai had the best experience at your hotel.

The food was great n awesome...choices made ***** with the chef proved very good...all our friends have appreciated the food much. The service also was good...The staff..right from ***ager Rajeev, Chef Dharmender, Chef Chandan, support staff Somu and Satyendar were very patient with us. Both the support staff ***** with their colleagues have done a great job in handling the guests...would definitely recommend this place to my friends Overall had a very good experience on my son's birthday party.

The staff truly made my experience exceptional. Every interaction was met with genuine friendliness and professionalism. The housekeeping team ensured my room was always perfect. Specially thanks to staff Amal for his outstanding service.

The hotel is comfortable and clean (thanks Sunali). The service is very good. The gym was spacious. We enjoyed the friendly breakfast service everyday (thanks Nabil). Additionally, guest services checked in regularly to ask if we needed anything.

The service is AMAZING, and the attention to detail ensures an amazing stay and experience. Special shout out to Jinisha who brightened every day with beautiful flowers in my room and to Ranjan who made sure I experienced a taste of India every morning.

Amal gave one of the good servicces.he was very cooperative..al the staffs were very helpful,food and accomodation all were very good and all the very clean and got the best service from them.They were just one call away every time whenever i needed

It is really nice to stay here. Staffs(Amal,Prashant,Hussain) are also good. Food is amazing and hotel facilities are too nice.My room has nice city view which is mesmerizing.Beds and all furnitures are well maintained.All basic necessities of daily use like shampoo,hair drier,iron and there is a mini refrigerator too for keeping your food fresh.

Great Service and excellent food. The spread on the set menu was fabulous and the care taken to look after us was outstanding. We had arranged for an office team lunch and we had a great time. The staff were warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful dinner. Thank you!

Excellent stay............. staf was very friendly and proactive, helpful. This was my first time here in this property near to office. Rooms were kept very clean and tidy by the I was back. Looking forward to my next stay here ..... thank you
