I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott for business in November 2024 and enjoyed outstanding customer service across the board. Anil Reedy, the Executive Concierge, was so helpful when I arrived as my suitcase did not make my flight. I needed assistance from British Airways, and he contacted the airport and helped me get my bag sent to Bengaluru on another flight. Throughout my stay, Anil greeted me and was always ready to assist me in any way he could. My room was comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent, with great service and delicious food. Dola Singh, the Sous Chef, was on hand every day and made it his mission to take care of all the guests and provide lovely, fresh, and delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dola made you feel so welcome and like the only customer in the restaurant. It was a lovely stay, and I will definitely return to enjoy the same extraordinary service the next time I am in Bengaluru!
