The Windflower Prakruthi - Bangalore Resort

We had our daughter's wedding celebrationsat this resort and it was a wonderful event conducted by Team Prakruthi Resort and Spa Bangalore. Mr Sanal led his team from the beginning till the end from the front and he did a superb job. From planning the events and ensuring that every thing went smoothly, he was there. GM Mr Ranjan was very helpful and ensured that the rooms venues and the comfort of the guest was of highest level. All the rooms and all the venues and everything was neat and house keeping staff was always on their toes to help us. The Food was of highest standard and Our guests were thrilled. Well done and thanks so much for your help and we will carry great memories of your Resort and your team.

I stayed a night for offsite from my company. It’s spacious facility, food is good. But geyser in room was not working, despite complaint no action was taken. Health faucet was leaking, also no mobile signal, landline was not working, no mobile number given, so had to walk Upto reception to ask anything.

Good property but terrible with food and service. 1. While checkin we were told resort is mostly occupied so were given 2 backyard rooms where the outdoors were stinking 2. We had dinner there and next day morning we all were puking. Our almost entire day we had bad stomach ache. 3. There was no buffet breakfast with the reason of less occupancy (which contradicts point 1). They offered to cook on order, our masala dosa was bit sour and smelling different 4. We asked for banana milkshake for our 18 months old kid and was denied, on arguing managed to get half a glass of it. 5. Next day they had full buffet breakfast since a company had booked most of the resort. We were having dosa from live counter and the were cooking egg on the same pan. On confronting they had no answer. 6. Our driver was denied food at the resort, we paid him separately so that he can have food outside.

We had organized our company Netpoleon India SKO 2024 from April 3rd to April 5th.It was a indeed a good experience of our 3days stay in Windflower Prakruthi Resort with good food with lots of choices and awesome ambience with full of greenery as well as nice services from the staff

Best place to spend a day away from the city hassle. Well maintained space calm & quite away from the city. Bicycles available in the premise was a good one to remind us all that we can ride. Close to nature, Food was ultimate, excellent quality & taste. Woundrrfull staff. One suggetion is to include few more activities for families.

We visited for a weekend getaway. The location is great and well maintained. Giving it a two stars review due to the lunch buffet which was super cold. All items were cold and nothing was served fresh or hot. Despite complaining nothing was done. The manager, Mr.Amit and Mr.Manoj were extremely unprofessional alluding to if we cannot afford the lunch. The discount offered was equivalent to the GST which was tokenism and no acknowledgment of the poor service. Fwiw the other meals and services were good. Wouldn't recommend for bad management though property is great
