Treebo YC Grand Boutique, Electronic City

It was excellent experience and enjoyed the homely stay at ycgrand. Thanks to Bhiswajith sir who took good care of us. The room boys also were so kindly. I strongly recommend the same place for friends and relatives and in future visit also like to pick up the same place.

Everything was great here but room service was pathetic. We had booked 2 rooms and for our entire stay from 18 Nov’23 night till 26 Nov’23, the room servicing was done twice in one of the rooms and just once in the other one. Even after requesting multiple times for room cleaning, the room service didn’t happen and consequently cleanliness and hygiene became an issue. The same mop was used to clean multiple rooms and it had an unbearably disgusting smell, which made it very difficult for us to enter the room after the cleaning. The rest rooms used to stink and we had to run the exhaust throughout the day to stay in the room.

Room service was not provided when extending for another day , they're not friendly in providing another room for extending day , they didn't provide water bottles for next day , Even they're seeing us when we're filling the water continuously. Breakfast options were limited and Taste was Avg!

Best hotel in the entire bangalore. Every thing is maintained from their rooms .Breakfast was also very good as compared to other hotels.All the staff were very helpful throughout my stay.Special mention to mr. Wasim who took care of me and fullfill my all needs.

The hotel is magnificent. The breakfast is one of the best, Excellent service in the restaurants as well. The room was well stocked with everytihng one can need. Coming from the Hyderabad, hotel staff very friendly and very good service...

Had the pleasure of staying at the Yc grand hotel, Bangalore. Have been traveling a lot since the past year and have stayed at the most famous brands and their service was good.,Yc grand hotel was a breath of fresh air and the customer service was simply out of this world. The food was amazing and the property was great and staff was very humble guys.

The place is cozy , comfortable , large beds and neatly maintained. Staff is courteous , friendly. Appreciate Treebo hospitality Would recommend for business and family stays. Location is great too.try it

A budget hotel with easy access. The rooms are well maintained and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several shops nearby and the building has cafés and bars. The rooms were maintained clean. Really appreciate the facilities and support from staff.

Neat and clean. Breakfast is healthy, tasty and hygienic. Rooms are nice and well maintained. Behaviour of staffs is nice and they are very responsible towards duty. I recommend this hotel for all kind of trips.
