Very comfortable hotel to stay in.Neat and clean rooms and washrooms.All staff members are excellent at their services. Momita,Sushant,Imdad,Zoonchotey,Anup, Raju,Asyrus thank you for your services.Food is amazing.Indian food lover should try all the dishes especially all starters. Best part of this hotel is it gives you homely feeling and a very good behaviour of their staff.

Location-ally perfect for anyone who needs to be in electronic city or thereabouts. Neat clean and spacious rooms, with a very pleasant & efficient staff. Bathrooms, however, are a little small. The rooftop restaurant is a must, in the evening! breakfast is nice, although they serve only chicken sausages as the only non-veg item (apart from eggs, of course. However, the discount deal that was offered by mm t was only honored for the food & not the beverages part of my bill, even though it said f&b in my voucher.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to greet you with a smile and assist you in any way they can. Nice spacious rooms with working desk, best for people staying for work purpose. Facilities like pool, spa and walkway for your evening walks on fresh cut grass.

Super clean room . Good atmosphere near by all essentials things available. Clean white linen yellow white combination attractive always in your mind. Fast check in with good speed of wifi. All staffs are friendly helpful . Front office team always welcome with smile. Mr. Rakesh helped a lot during my stay. Ms. Nandini great service during breakfast. Overall all was excellent except front entrance need to improve. Keep it up.

We had booked a room for my family. It was for the four of us. Two adults and Two Children aged 6 and 10. We had booked a two bedroom Suite as they call it. We were very shocked to first notice that the Two bedroom Suite had one only one Restroom which was common for both the Rooms. What is the point in booking 2 rooms when u get only One restroom. The kitchen is practically useless since they don’t have anything there except a kettle. And for 2 Bedrokm suite they only provided 2 bottles of Half a litre mineral water. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned by Housekeeing. When we came back after a long day in the night they told us that Housekeeping will be done only if we tell them. We paid 5k for the 1st night and 9k for the second night. It was a big blunder. No customer service at all. The manager insisted that they had an incident before with housekeeping and as per his words they follow a policy which is done worldwide ( Housekeeing will be done only if asked by the guest ). I told him nowhere they do like that. They do not do only if we tell them not to do. So surprising the answers. To tell u the fact there are about 20 properties in the same road. These guys charge a hefty premium over the others and that got us fooled into thinking this was a better property. We then picked another property and booked 2 rooms itself for a total of 3k only with 2 toilets. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here at all.

It was nice to stay here, rooms are clean n staff is good. Hotel spectra is located in a very convenient area specially those who have to take flights, it is approx 20 minuts away from international airport,

Gateway Inn - Bangalore International Airport was an absolute bargain for around $30 ! Most visitors to Bangalore do not realise that the airport is over an hour from the city - I had arrived on an early overnight flight and needed a place close to the airport to crash. The staff were friendly and welcoming - and my room spacious and very clean. The wifi was good, and despite being near a busy road - I didn't find my room too noisy. For the price and location - it was just the ticket. The shower was good water pressure and easy to use. The next morning I found a McDonalds just next to the hotel and a very nice looking ground floor restaurant. The room had a room service menu to a restaurant next door which covered snacks to full meals and any drink I could think of (non alcoholic and alcoholic). I felt the area was safe and the main road fascinating to observe. If I am flying in to Bangalore again or leaving at an awkward time - I would definitely stay here again. For the price, the care of the staff and location near the airport - I would recommend it. It is not the Ritz Carlton but at a fraction of the cost, it was worth every rupee.

This is not a hotel but a guest house.thefront desk is manned by a irresponsible greedy person named Mohd.Harriss who will ask for advance payment every time u come across .. No legitimate bills or receipts would be given..everything in cash. We had come to this hotel directly n booked room no. 304 and 302. The rooms were ok in size but had dirty walls and infested with insects n cockroaches. We spotted these later on ater checkin.. Rates charged per NON AC room was 1200 but neither the FAN worked nor the TV nor the Geyser.. A fan was instaled a day after. No room service.. no cleaning of rooms even after depositing keys and requesting ..and not even they would give u any cutlery like plates or spoon if you ask for.. We vacated the rooms after 2 nights stay and took a simple room in nearby guest house for 900/- only.
