Exoresidence the Heart of Chinatown

Start a friendly, spotlessly, clean, fantastic location if you like Chinatown just a bit hard to find 

I give hi mark for the location! Practical nextdoor to the mrt exit #3! We have the room with a balcony! It gets plenty of sunlight and the view of Chinatown on the 7th floor. I noticed the hotel had offer a 4 person suit! A living room which can turn into a sofa bed and a bedroom! Also the room equated with a kitchen sink and a microwave which is a big plus? I'd come back again!

The cons are that it will be difficult to locate the place at night at once. I arrived past 11pm and the streets and building were dark. Please look out for the 7 eleven, there's a glass door between the 7-11 & starbucks as the grab driver may not stop you at the exact spot since the hotel sign is pretty small. You will also need to pry open the automated glass door late at night and push to close manually. The room door is also to be opened with key and not card. Otherwise, the location is great. Staff is friendly. Aircon is very cold. Smart TV. Room is huge with sink and relatively big fridge. However, toilet sink tap is designed wierdly. You cannot really collect water easily for washing up. I brushed my teeth at the "kitchen" sink. You will also need some time to figure how to operate the bath mixer/tap. Water pressure is not great but manageable. The water heater was spoilt though I could not adjust the temperature. Water was warm but not warm enough for a comfortable bath. Bed to me was relatively hard but I eventually got used to it. There are only 2 pillows. I did not try asking for more pillows. For the price and aircon, I will consider coming back to stay. Location is pretty good in chinatown. There's also an mrt station nearby. In the morning, the streets are busy and cabs are readily available.

Located in the central of Chinatown Bangkok. Very convenient for elderly couple like us! Facility is basic but we are okay with it considering the competitive price we paid. Wouldn't mind staying there again should we have a chance to visit Bangkok in the near future.

New hotel. Good location. Can come again. easy transport. Rate bit high

房間內部裝修很新。比較乾淨，如果沙發更乾淨一些就更好了。樓下就是7-11和星巴克，一街之隔就是唐人街，有lotus's go fresh超市，有工行。晚上唐人街不要太熱鬧。
