I stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, it was excellent.
Pros:
It is a 10-minute walk from/to BTS Nana. right next to 7-11. There is a massage service opposite the hotel. and Nana Alley is full of restaurants and bars.
It could be too busy for family.
Staff were very professional, polite, and friendly, even during peak time. I do admire them
The cleanliness was nice. I could not see any flaws in the room.
Cons:
My room was on the 8th floor. I could not sleep all night since I heard the sound of some machines nearby my room. I guessed it was an elevator sound for staff. I felt a little uncomfortable about this.
Anyway, I still would love to come back again and would recommend this hotel to people.

Much far away from Nana bts station, walking around 15mins to reach hotel, hotel provid free TokTok on 14:00-16:00 to nana BT’s station.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is clean and the cleaning lady is friendly and hard working. Reception ladies are friendly too and helped to charge my phone when my charger broke. The only downside is a bit of a walk to the main road. The view from the window was really nice this time. I loved the pool too. Picutre is the view from my window.

The hotel does not offer a high level of cleanliness or service, but it is a good value for money.
The only drawback is the lack of amenities and the fact that toilet paper is scarce and runs out quickly.
Also, there was a drainage pipe construction work? When I came back to the room after that, the floor of the bathroom was flooded.
If you just want to sleep without any expectations, it is a good hotel in a good location.

It is in a very convenient location and was very close to Bumrungrad Hospital. Made my hospital visits easy!

Very nice hotel, we stay there for one night. The room was very clean, the service very friendly and helpful. The rooftop swimming with bar area is excellent. The breakfast buffet offered all we needed. Just the small road in front of the hotel is very busy and the sidewalk very narrow, but ok. We chooses the hotel cause the close location to the airport railway line, cause of the luggage and walking distance of minimum 10 minutes, to the next connecting subway line we finally choose a taxi to go to the airport, which was in the early morning only 40 minutes. All in all I would stay in this hotel again and can recommend it.

Central location in soi 11. Some local people will say it's too touristy but at least it's close to metro and BTS.. and lot of going on nearby. There is a skybar 5 mins walking distance.. not in this hotel, but it's good to be near this near and can check out the SkyView at night and get a drink
This location is quite new, and in a more quiet corner of soi 11, so it's good. The room facing the back is better if you want to be quiet.
The rooms are clean, I stayed in this location twice within just last week. I also stayed at other travelodge locations, generally like it and recommend. But this location doesn't have slippers or other amenities, I didn't ask but perhaps you can check..
The bedding in the second room I stayed in has some stain but just talked to the front desk, and they changed it while we went out, still acceptable.

Brilliant hotel! Good value for money in an upbeat and fun part of the city. The pool area is great and the rooms are clean and spacious.
Staff are super friendly and helpful! I would stay here again!
