Repeated stay in VIE hotel. Good location as not crowded and traffic is easy to and fro airport. Also a stop away from Siam Paragon via skytrain. Breakfast was sumptuous and good quality. Room was spacious and new after renovation. Special appreciation to front desk personnel Ms Noey, Ms Baifern, Ms Boom and Concerige Mr Plum for the excellent customer service provided during the stay. Will definitely return again.

The food choices of buffet breakfast is way beyond the expectations!!
The room is spacious, though the view outside is so so. It will be good if more power points to be provided.
The staff are friendly and always trying to be helpful.
The swimming pool is cozy which is good enough to me.
The hotel had been well decorated with warm and decent Christmas vibe. Love it!

Quality hotel, but some rooms are due for a renovation.
We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite. The room was very spacious and has a high ceiling. It’s great for families or larger group. The house keeping was excellent with great attention to detail. Breakfast was very good with nice variety between Asian, Thai, and western dishes.
The only downside was that the room we stayed in feels like it was due for a renovation. We can notice the paint around the AC outlet, and bathroom ceiling was discoloured. Some of the wall finishes have damage. Overall, the damages we saw take away the luxury feel of the room.

We Just finished 6 days trip staying in VIE hotel. We booked 3 rooms for 7 people, The rooms were very specious and it was a decent hotel. During the week, all the staff provided many excellent services especially the Concierge Ms. Boom, she provided a lot of help regarding booking cafes, transportation arrangement, brunch buffet (special discount offer) and so much more. She and the staff never showed us impatience and very helpful indeed.
Besides, I lost a bracelet and Boom offered to review CCTV and checked our room by herself. I couldn't say in words but it was definitely appreciated.
We would like to thank all the staff which including the Concierge, front desk and even the restaurant staff. They were very kind to offer us a nice table for breakfast every morning.
Overall, I highly recommended the hotel. Not only that, the services and also the location amazing, it is nearby the BTS and multiple shopping malls. It was an incredible experience!

Very nice hotel! Spacious with a big bath tub. Very clean, location is very convenient. The staffs are very polite and nice. The breakfast was phenomenal!! Will definitely come again next time!!

Super clean, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks, gym with fitness classes for reservation. I didn’t try the signature restaurant. I hope i can try it when i visit bkk again. Walking distance to siam. Convenient location.

Arrived around 1pm and got assigned immediately to room on 21 floor. Everything was as expected with English speaking friendly staff, clean huge room overlooking the city. Buffet breakfast had a good mix of cuisines. 10 min walk to Siam center which was very convenient if you want to shop. The gym was also huge with good amount of machines. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be in Siam area!
