The hotel is well priced and the room was very regal with an excellent level of service. The pool area was great and again, excellent service. The staff were all very helpful and attentive, but the breakfast was a bit of a queue and then a mad dash to get food - it was busy, my advice, get to breakfast early and avoid the craziness of the 8:30 to 9:30 rush.

Why toilet closed while gym opens 24 hrs? We need to run back to our rooms for toileting??

The pool attendants were always on hand to ensure my lounge bed was perfectly prepared, allowing me to relax completely. One of the best aspects of Conrad Bangkok is its location, nestled slightly away from the bustling streets. This ensures a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently accessible to the city's attractions. The calm environment allowed me to unwind and escape the city's hustle and bustle. Lovely stay at Conrad Bangkok as always, I am impressed by the service and offerings at the Executive Lounge!

Location is not the best but there's a free shuttle bus to bring us to Phloen Chit BTS and it runs every 15 minutes. Service is great, although there was an issue with the room on our last night.

Bad check in experience as the front desk seems like they want to help me but actually they declined all my request. I asked if I can get upgrade she said oh do you have any proof of other customer successfully could do and since because I booked through Trip.com, they decline immediately booking from a external vendor would not get upgrade .this girl struggle for 30 minutes with me to ask me if I'm a h honour member which I am keep telling me that oh you cannot get upgrade because you booked it through Trip.com only if you are H on a member you could get an upgrade ,then I show her my H honor membership number then she said oh I'm sorry for the moment we cannot do that upgrade for you. I feel like there's a playing me around in the whole thing and wasted 30 minutes . This is not a Conrad standard should be. Thailand cannot catch up the service level yet. As a client I don't feel any welcome and sincere service at all. I m a luxury service training professional and I will not choose this hotel again.
