First time staying in this hotel. Why it was rated 5/5 star was because staffs are friendly, amenities provided is good (shower gel, conditioner, shampoo and all other necessary), buggy service was prompt (24 hours), free 15 min massage, free photo shoot in thai costume, variety spread of breakfast, comfy bed with two pillows and even free popcorn, ice cream available for guests. Hotel also comes with a swimming pool. Definitely will be in my list of choice if I ever come back bkk.

Service was top notch, photoshoot breakfast. Massage. Buggy service. But tv isnt working. Bed is old. The wall isnt sound proof

Location abit far from BTS station but lucky enough they provide buggy services. Breakfast was good just the chef abit rude. Overall nice experience

Great location and excellent service. The hotel is in retro theme. Most of the staff are young and very prompt in action.. They provide buggy service, free massage, in-house Thai costume photography, and ice cream+pop corn.. their breakfast is another level! Many varieties and delicious! I'm sure I'll be back again on my next visit!

Is a 6D5N trip. Really like and recommend this hotel. First, there is welcome drinks, popcorn and ice cream on summer season. The room is clean and the location is convenient if you like to shopping at Pratunam area. The hotel provide free buggy service pick up and drop off service with 5 stop ( near BTS Phaya Thai, Pratunam market, near massage street walk to Platinum Fashion Mall etc…). The breakfast comes with various choices , with different dish every day. And the staff also very friendly!

Everything ok but the air-con is not under maintenance. we waited for an hour for the technician to come n fix it. i hope the mnmgt should set a time frame for the technician to maintain the air-con. buffet is good. complimentary welcome drink, ice cream, fried chicken.

It was quite a good experience when staying with Vince Hotel. Every staff was very friendly and not to forget the 24 hours buggy to nearby places.
A thing to take note, you must call the WhatsApp number to request for a buggy service. Because at first we tried to write a message for the pickup service, then there’s no reply from them. Then we decided to call then the driver arrived promptly. One thing to make it easier to get to the pickup point, scan the QR code at the buggy service counter as it will direct you to the hotel website which includes a much more clearer location guide. We struggled to get to the pickup point when reading the paper map provided…
Another thing to mention is the daily morning buffet was quite good. The food selection was different every day and taste was not bad except during our last morning (21st May).
