Good service.This is my wife birthday trip , they decorated the room and prepared gift for us. 24 hours restaurant in front of hotel, we check-in about 1am , also can get some food.

Room was clean and a good size. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of dining options available in the area booked through trip.com with a good discount rate.

The hotel is good and in very convenient location, with Tuk Tuk running from Thong Lor station and the hotel every 20 mins. Amenities are complete and the room is clean, service from front desk to house keeping is also very nice and polite, they will even call you to remind on pick up when you call your Food delivered by Grab !

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The cleanliness and efficiency stood out, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The delicious breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the tul tuk ride service to the BTS made transportation convenient. The surrounding area boasts amazing restaurants and bars, making it an ideal stay for both comfort and exploration.

I called to report the fan from the toilet was not working and I had to wait a long time for the technician to come and check, then the technician said he'd send someone else and nobody ever arrived (I wasted 3 hours waiting for them in the room).
The wifi has poor signal and it actually doesn't work, I used my mobile data most of the time in the hotel.

Nice location with lots of foods , pubs, restaurants and many more … easily accessible with free transportation to BTS thong lo.

Awesome stay and hotel tuktuk to BTS station is very useful. Big room with complimentary mini bar. Bathtub is also available in their base room.

The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly staff. The swimming pool was beautiful. And I've got a room with wonderful view!

Except that there is unpleasant smell form the tolilet, I had the pleasure of staying here and overall, I had a delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They greeted me with genuine smiles and were always ready to assist me with any queries or requests I had during my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness added to the overall positive experience.
