Drop Inn Bangkok

Unfortunately, my stay at Drop Inn Hotel was not a satisfactory experience. The biggest issues were cleanliness, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and customer service. The room was quite dirty and the cleaning service was not up to an acceptable standard. I requested the cleaning staff several times, but on multiple occasions, nobody came to clean the room. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor. The signal inside my room was so weak that I often had to stand near the door just to get a little signal and use the internet. This was very inconvenient and caused a lot of disturbance during my stay. I was also disappointed with the attitude and cooperation of some reception staff. Even after explaining the same issue more than once, the response was sometimes rude and irritated, such as “Yes, yes, I know that,” rather than trying to properly assist or resolve the problem. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I expected better cleanliness, reliable Wi-Fi, proper housekeeping, and more cooperative customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall guest experience.

Its quite good for solo traveller, the room is spacious and the boss lady is really friendly also pretty close to nearby attraction like night market and mall

best location, very kindly

It’s a very convenient location. We walked to many spots or train stations But the facilities were old And also it was very loud at night because many people party outside

Even though it said it was renovated in 2021 it was very old and there was mold in the shower and the towels were well worn. The TV was quite blurry

Stressful experience for a solo female traveller. On the day of check in, I was approached by a man on the fourth floor asking me to check out his room. I declined and he asked for my room number, which I refused to give. Incident was reported to receptionist. The hotel is not suitable for solo female traveller and family as next to Drop Inn there is a clubbing place. Clubbing activities are till 3 am hence disrupting sleep. Also, there are several massage outlets and a ******** shop very near to the hotel. The sink was choke and when I ask the manager for help, he was playing games on his mobile and he said he will get the plumber to come, but depends on the plumber work days. There was no water for the whole hotel for one of the night from 9pm - 1am. No updates was given by the hotel. Spider webs and ants are evident in the photos. Aircon leaks water. Toilet smells of sewage.

The location was great, but the room itself was unacceptable. The bedding was heavily stained, and the entire room reeked of cigarette smoke.

Stayed there for 3 days , location is great - staff all very friendly - would definitelly recommend it

About all you’d expect for money. Close to Emsphere and Asok BTS etc. Very noisy with bars next door. Lift out of date. Water heater didn’t work in my room for shower. Nice big room. Tv fridge aircon all worked well.
