The hotel is quite old. Nice river view. Huge size of room. The service is on average. Nothing special. The staff might need to be trained for service improvement. Especially for the way to communicate with customers.

The hotel is located next to the Chaopraya river and near terminal21 Rama III shopping mall. The room is clean and the staffs are nice.

It’s a old hotel but I have a good experience!
Location is not very good but they offer free shuttle bus service!
It’s very quiet!
Wonderful 😊 highly recommend!

It was a relaxing stay! Very close to the beautiful Terminal 21 mall. Love the breakfast food and the ambience. The view from our room (Chaophraya river and Rama 9 bridge was stunning esp at night. Will stay here again

The hotel has a cosy and rustic feel, which I liked. Room was generally clean and amenities are plenty. On my second day, I discovered two roaches in my bathroom, but the staff was quick in rectifying and changing my room to a better one. I only tried the food at the outdoor cafe, which was very good and the portion is also quite huge. The chicken rice that the hotel is well-known for is definitely worth it. Overall, I would still return for future stays.

My stay was great but I had expected much more being a five star. The breakfast was amazing variety and good service. Nice people always nice in giving service

The facility is 5 stars but it’s getting so old. The hotel need to update or renovation.
