I don’t like for service from officer at here because I’m see hotel in this (Trip.com) and hotel don’t show or tell for the deposit, and I go to hotel the officer tell with me to deposit, if you not pay deposit is you can’t check in now and hotel don’t have scan or payment for deposit the hotel need cash only (I know why like this) but A** have a little far form hotel I walking go to for cash, finally I need to tell the hotel for have service to improve, should smile and speak with respect to customer especially with foreign.

Dirty toilet,dusty tv rack, dusty cabinet.. And wifi is very slow cannot use the tv no wifi

The hotel was good, however the bed was really hard. My stay was comfortable and the service was good. It was a bit old . They could definitely update on a few things. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

10/10! My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it! Its a nice little hotel in a quiet part of Bangkok, close to the 54/74 bus stop and Saphan Khwai BTS. Early check in is possible as well. Reception is great and the room is very well kept with a strong shower pressure and AC.
The view from the balcony is amazing too.
Will definitely book again when I come back to BKK!

I came and visit from Singapore. I was travelled in Bangkok for 4 days and I found this not cheap not expensive hotel. Bad service.. very very bad.. they don’t provide daily use like toothpaste toothbrush comb dryer tissue. Need to buy if you want but actually that is hotel basic provide things. Smtime the smell from the toilet is very bad. Tiny bathroom. Veranda is very dusty and dirty. The basin also. The receptionist are smileless and no patience. I hope they know more about hospitality and customer service. Need more educated. Overall the first impression is not good. Next time I’m not choosing this hotel. But the bell boy or the security uncle or Smone is really nice and good behaviour. Sorry I don’t who is he but he’s the only one smile and kind in this hotel. God blessed you uncle.

Everything fine just the toilet is too close to the shower box so with my long legs i got in a cramp trying to sit down at night...
Air-conditioning noise from fans inside reported and hopefully greased now.

I only use the place for sleeping (at night). I leave the hotel early in the morning, only back to the room late at night. Sorry no further comment.
