Good hotel, with amenities close by. Stayed as a family for 3 nights in 2 rooms. Beds comfortable in rooms.Breakfast has good choice available. Shop on site with everything you need. Iconsiam about 5 mins walk away and can get public transport easily enough. Staff make the hotel all very welcoming and a credit to the UHG group.

We stayed at the hotel with our 1-year-old son to celebrate his birthday. We arrived at around 1:00 PM and were informed that check-in was at 2:00 PM, which we completely understood. So, we took our son for a walk and spent some time at the kids’ club. At around 2:00 PM, we returned to check in, but were asked to wait for the room without being given any explanation or an estimated waiting time. Since we were traveling with a young child, this was quite inconvenient. What disappointed us the most was hearing a male staff member at the Duty Manager desk say in Thai, “If you don’t want to wait, then don’t arrange it.” We had previously made a special request regarding our son’s birthday, so hearing this made us feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. At that point, we honestly felt that we would rather not have the birthday arrangement at all. We value the attitude and service we receive much more than any special decoration or arrangement. Another issue was the smoking situation. There were quite a few people smoking along the walkway before reaching the swimming pool. This is a route that guests have to walk through to access the pool, and as we were traveling with a 1-year-old child, we were concerned about the exposure to cigarette smoke. We had to smell cigarette smoke almost every time we walked through this area. We would strongly suggest having a designated smoking area away from walkways used by families and children. Regarding the room, the bathroom door could not open fully, and the rubber flooring was swollen and made noise whenever we walked on it. However, we were already quite tired from traveling with our young child, so we decided not to request a room change or report the issue. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff did a very good job, the room was clean, and we were also happy with the restaurant. Overall, our experience was mixed. There were several things we appreciated, but we hope the hotel can improve its communication, staff attitude, and smoking-area management, especially considering that many families with young children stay at the hotel.

Good place to stay, has fitness, swimming pool for kids, night bar, and massage palor. The room has many style, pool view, river view etc.

Magnificent hotel. Staff are amazing. Only 1 thing that needs to be fixed. Bathroom door was very hard to close. Besides that, loved this place! The pool was perfect for afternoon swim.

This indeed is one of those hotels that has the best view of Chao Phraya river. Room is also spacious and location-wise, this hotel is only a few minutes of walk away from ICONSIAM and also the BTS Gold line. The only thing that needs to be improved is the staff’s service which might sometimes appear dismissive. Otherwise, the staff who process my request changing to a different room was great!

The room I booked was a pool asset room, a bedroom with direct pool access, located in building 3, 1st floor, next to the fitness center and sauna. There's a Lawson convenience store in building 1 and parking is available. It's conveniently located for walking to Icon Siam. The accommodation is right by the Chao Phraya River. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was good. I loved the location and would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I had a wonderful stay at The Quarter Chaophraya by UHG. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a peaceful area near the Chao Phraya River. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the balcony made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The swimming pool and other facilities were well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

It is a great hotel with a great view in reasonable price. This hotel is also easy to find a restaurant to eat because it’s next to iconsiam mall for only 10mins walk

Really enjoyed the time here, all the staff so nice and excellent service. The location is not far from Icon Siam can walked around 7-8mins. Room is comfortable also the work desk inside the room so convenient if you have to work
