Excellent service provided by reception and house keeping staffs. The swimming pool is not big but truly relaxing. Right opposite to big shopping centre Terminal 21 and Asok BTS Station. Very convenient!

Although it is not a modern facility, I was amazed by the staff, who were always professional without feeling old-fashioned. Breakfast is excellent with eggs, international dishes and fruit. The pool also has a great atmosphere and is best suited to couples rather than families. On the other hands, there's a sense of style in pleasing children with free ice cream. In short, it was great experience with the hotel for us.

This hotel tells luxury hotel in bangkok.
But, I don't agree with this opinion...😨
Heres are things (Good/Bad)
Good
1. Very close distance with MRT/BTS
2. Huge spa and swimming pool.
3. Nice view at each room.
Bad
1. Hote is too old
- we've experienced yellow water when I took a shower at first night. I am feeling so bad. 👎
2. Too noisy when I had any hotel services (breakfast/ swimming pool/ gym etc..)

Stayed 5 nights with my kids and parents. Excellent service from front desk, restaurant, porter, house keeping. Every staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Location was convenient. Everything was perfect. The breakfast at Rossini's was exceptionally gorgeous.
I was a bit curious to find that the reviews of this hotel were significantly better than other similar upscale five star hotels in Bangkok. Now I understand.

This hotel was my favorite in Bangkok. Everything was superb! The room was incredible with cool tiling and much larger than expected. The breakfast was scrumptious and had all the hits and some unexpected treats like fresh honey right from the beekeeper. The pool was my favorite space as it was like being on a tropical island in the middle of the bustling Sukhumvit area. Lastly, the jazz club was rocking with an amazing band that was world class. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and you can bank I will be staying there again!

Definitely the best hotel in the center of Bangkok. The swimming pool is the best u can find in this area, the room is quiet with huge bathroom, services is top one, everyone has been very kind and helpful, they sent me a email right after the check to inform me that I’ve left some items in the room, and when I come back they helped me with huge smile and kindness. Overall, whether if you’ll like Bangkok or not, you’ll like this hotel.

Overall the Hotel is excellent, the staff are polite and enthusiastic, the service is good and tailor made for us - they prepare a cake for our Anniversary! We are glad for this, and also we can upgrade the room at lower rate. Everything is satisfactory, if the swimming pool could be spacious & bigger, that would be perfect.
