1st room - aircon broke down and had to change to another room on the first night.
2nd room - changed to a slight smaller room compared to the 1st one with narrower walkway from one side of the bed to another sode. Hot water was not working for shower.
Both rooms come with kitchenette and bar top.
Location - in the city centre surrounded with shopping malls and eateries. However, both sides of the roads were congested badly from morning till night.

Luxury hotel at the very cheap price. The location is the best, just across the street from Emsphere shopping mall. The breakfast is good. Room cleaning is good.

location is great. Swimming pool and fitness are good. The sauna room seems broken. The main downside is the old air con in the room. It produce occasionally loud sound that can wake you up at night. Luckily it did wake my child at nights.

The hotel location is one of its greatest points. Easy, central and with everything you need within 10 min or less of walking distance. To be honest I was expecting a bit more as the information in the website can be a little bit deceiving. The room looks far smaller for instance and the toilet is really really tiny and tight. So small that even the lavatory is outside in the room (no big issues there).
On the other end is has a large full sized fridge with freezer which is a great plus but, again, strangely, it is equipped with plates, bowls, even a microwave oven but there are no cutlery?! Not even chopsticks. The coffee machine is also a nice plus and as a coffee lover I made very good use of it.
The air conditioner makes a lot of noise at night so you either need to bare the heat or get used to the loud sound from the fan.
The pool is also a bit disappointing but luckily it was empty so it was not an issue. I can imagine that can be very dissatisfying if more than 5/6 people in the pool area.
Overall it was a pleasant stay but honestly I was expecting more.

I have been stayed many times since 2013. This time, the worst that
room getting old, bathroom so dirty, air-conditioner so noisy. I stayed for 6 nights and kept complaining about draining problem of the towel sink and also complainng about the cleaning of the room: sometimes no big towel, no hand towel and no tissue paper.

Very clean hotel with large rooms and floor to ceiling windows. Only qualm is that the air conditioning is very loud, but it does become white noise after awhile, and the blackout curtains do not fully cover (some gaps at the sides)
Service wise was excellent, they also have a hotel tuktuk service to send you to nearby places, and the concierge offered to send us to the nearby benchakitti park after seeing that we were about to hail a tuktuk, telling us to take the hotels one as it's free.
