Great city views, including the river. Location is close enough to BTS, swimming pool was great (clean, not busy), breakfast was reasonable I imagine it would be great if you went earlier than I did (15 minutes until closing). I would definitely stay again, great value for money.

It was a bad experience I would say. No hot water for shower inside the room. The location is really far away from the BTS station . It was a hard time for us to walk 20 mins under such extremely hot weather. All things are disappointing except the breakfast . It was quite good.

it's quite crazy because I never happened before and won't believe that it happened in a 4/5 stars hotel.
the ceiling dropped a lot of water suddenly.
The food is ok, but there are too many customers, so a long queue you need to expect when you book this hotel.

(unbelievably I can choose a smoking room as a social smoker， the coolest things ever!!!!)
very good value, very clean(especially the bathtub), very large room, very big bed, convenient store inside the hotel but 13 min walk from Ekkamai BTS. My friends booked a 3-room suite(nonsmoking) and it was very similarly decent (but very bad shower).

Great staycation for one night, everything is quiet great. Front office (Transwomen) is really professional and provide the excellent service. Room is big and really clean but shower box is too small. Just terrible on thing from this stay is Secuity at in front of hotel who provide the parking card is super rude, no service mind, not provide any details till guest have to ask. Both of them is super ignore. And use the aggressive eye to customer when I have ask for parking details. He just repeat me for stamp the parking card at front office and front have to write the time that I have to leave the hotel and he order me to park on highest floor only but when I go up above 4th floor there is no lighting and don't have any car parking there.

LOCATION:
Located in a more quiet area, with a walking distance to the BTS station "Phra Khanong" (10-15min walk) -the hotel offer a shuttle service to the station, every 2h from 7 am to 5 pm.
MaxValue supermarket located next to the hotel lobby, and 7 Eleven is 5 min walk away. Massage place just outside of the hotel, with an A** next to it.
CHECK IN/OUT:
Very smooth check in, polite and friendly staff. Check out was also smooth and very fast. Deposit 1000 THB, returned at checkout. Indoor car parking for guests is available.
ROOM:
The room was excellent, spacious and got everything you needed. Wifi wasn't fast, but worked fine. Bathroom amenities was provided. Separate shower (with bench) and bath. Hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers was available. Laptop friendly safety box. Microwave, stove, fridge and electric water kettle.
Cleaning was good, but didn't get any toilet paper refill, even when it wasn't much left of the roll and even when I removed it from the holder.
POOL AREA:
Very nice area, open until 9 PM (we didn't use the pool, just went to see the area)
