Front office agent Ms. SHIRLEY Nattakran is super helpful and kind. Thanks for making us a wonderful stay. The only suggestion is that the pillow is very soft and would be great if we can have more option on the pillow choice.

We, a family of three, stayed three nights here and are very impressed by the convenient location, cozy environment and excellent services provided by friendly and professional staff. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are all great which give you a resort-feel right in the centre of the city. The spa, though comes at a hefty price tag, is so relaxing that you’ll find every inch of your muscle being properly massaged. All in all, the stay in this hotel worths every penny you spent.

All is well until the check out phase.
Only 1 table opened in front desk, we waited for more than 20mins, and the queue becomes longer.
The hotel finally opened another front desk table, suddenly a white person from tail of the queue went to the new opened table, and cut in front of us.
We asked why he cut in line while no one helps, the front desk accepted that and proceed to check out for him, in front of us, in front of all waited person.
It’s 2024 year and unfortunately we still be treated racial discrimination.
Felt so bad and hopefully hotel/agent can follow up and feedback to me.

It's been a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities, room, and staff were brilliant. The chambermaid was very thoughtful and provided me with more bottled water after noticing that I had consumed lots of bottled water.

From the moment we stepped into the grand lobby of Siam Kempinski Hotel, it was clear we were in for a spectacular stay. The staff greeted us warmly with a refreshing welcome drink, setting the tone for what was to come.
Our room was a study in luxury, with plush bedding, state-of-the-art amenities, and a breathtaking view of the hotel’s lavish gardens and pools. Every detail, from the daily housekeeping to the nightly turndown service, was handled with the utmost care.
We were spoilt for choice with the hotel's facilities. The tranquil spa offered a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing, while the multiple shimmering pools were perfect for an afternoon dip. We dined at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, where we enjoyed exquisite Thai fusion cuisine prepared with an innovative twist that delighted our palates.
The service at Siam Kempinski was impeccable. Staff members were always on hand to assist, offering insights into local attractions and ensuring all our needs were met promptly and with a smile.
Located right behind the bustling Siam Paragon, the hotel provided unparalleled access to the best of Bangkok’s shopping and entertainment options. Despite its central location, the hotel felt like a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Our stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel was truly unforgettable. Not only would I recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation in Bangkok, but I am also looking forward to returning soon. One particularly cherished memory was the surprise dessert platter delivered to our room on our last night, a sweet end to a perfect getaway.

The best hotel in Bangkok.Hotel is luxury in an excellent location connected to Siam Paragon mall and close to 4 big shopping malls.Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Our experience with Siam Kempinski is the best! All staff are very accomodating and polite. The location is super good, and they provide a shuttle to drop us or pick us at some of their pick up locations. Rooms are clean. All facilities I needed were provided. Food and drinks are super good. Will definitely go back to this hotel.
