Nice hotel with great location! Definitely will be back to this hotel in the future. Thanks to the front desk personnel who upgraded our room to a suite. Nice hospitality, nice ambience and nice fragrance at the lobby! One suggestion to the hot water selection, although there is instruction stated at the bathroom, however, it takes me some time to figure out where is the left and right to obtain the best water temperature. All amenities are great, best view so far!

This was the 4th time we stayed at this hotel. We visit Bangkok every year and over the years we have stayed at quite a few hotels nearby, and Grande Centre Point delivered the best value every time.
They have plenty of well maintained facilities that one'd expect at 5-star properties. There is always plenty of (free) coffee around, and the lounges were quiet and chill. Superb.

Staff is friendly and polite but their English language is not very good. There is an issue with the toilet drainage. It will flood the toilet. The staff came and cleaned up. Lounge does not served any food. Room is spacious. Breakfast is good.

Excellent location. Close to Central World and easy access to BTS. Nice swimming pool with jacuzzi and hot tub

*Excellent location: within walking distance to Erawan Shrine, Central World, Platinum Mall and many malls.
*Room: excellent cleanliness and amenities. There is a dryer washing machine and detergent is provided. Beautiful and unblocked view from high floor room.
(If the quality of disposable slipper is better, it would be perfect)
*Facilities: kid's play room, game rooms, board game room, gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room.
*Guest service: staff are friendly and helpful.
*Restaurant Arun Thai: inexpensive and very good Thai cuisine.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I come for the next Bangkok trip.

Very very friendly and approachable staff, especially those at the lobby, who help to deal with the car opening, luggages and calling cab. Always a jpy to welcome by them when im back to hotel.
The only letdown was when there was 1 night no room service, ive to wait an hr and then call the in room dining, they mentioned the qr code scanning was down, my order was not received by them. The swimming pool also not bad, just that not used to having dark blue tiles for the pool.
Other than this, i am super satisfied with the room size and the service this hotel has.

Excellent location near 2 BTS stations. Cosy room with traditional Thailand vibe and comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite with dryer and washer. Love the fitness centre and sauna, perfect to relax after a day out. Definitely will consider to stay here again. Really good value.
