First cleaning was good subsequently it was average. Hope they will provide more toiletry or comb.
Breakfast was arrived 5 days, we only try out 1 day was not very amazing is it was limited option available.
JJ is friendly and always great highly recommend

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated.
Check in and out is smooth.
Staffs are friendly especially Mr Nat who have assisted us in giving tips on where to go and even arranged for our transport. He even gave tips on how to get around using the skytrain.
The hotel location is in a quiet private area. So there is no nearby convenience store. But there is a regular complimentary tuk tuk service to get to the train station or central embassy.
Overall a pleasant stay for us.

The hotel is located in Phloen Chit, have tuk tuk to Phloen Chit BTS and Central Embassy, also walkable distance to Chit Lom BTS.
It is located in an alley, but there are quite some noise from the road and vehicles during midnight.

Returning to Arcadia Suites Bangkok for a second stay was like revisiting an old friend; familiar yet filled with pleasant surprises. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for another memorable experience.The first stay was pre-covid era.
One of the most striking aspects of my second visit was the consistency in excellence. The impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the premises were maintained impeccably, reflecting the hotel's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. The inviting ambiance and tasteful decor continued to impress, creating a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel has a good value of money with a family friendly environment, but it’s a bit too far away from the train station and convenient stores. It’s about 15min walks, but there’s a driving service to Central Embassy and train station every 30min. The hotel cleanness is acceptable but it’s a bit old structure.

Its a small hotel, quite a walking distant from BTS stations but they do provide tuk2 service every 30mins to the nearest station and central Embassy mall. The housekeepers are friendly and prompt. Check-in and check-out were fast, only take cash deposit. Tuk2 concierge guys were so helpful and friendly. The gym and swimming pool looks nice. Breakfast was ok, we skipped their breakfast after 2nd day and went out for our own brunch instead. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Very decent place to stay at. Staff here were very friendly and they also do provide shutter service to the nearest BTS which is a plus.
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable
