This place is like there are bugs in the bed my kids could not sleep because the people next to our room were banging and moaning.on top of all this there was a guy butt naked running in the hallways.NEVER COME HERE!!!!! THIS is the man in the hallways

The location of K+K Picasso is walking distance from the ‘must sees’ in Barcelona. There is also a ‘Hop on Hop off’ station in front of the hotel that can be useful for one’s checklists. The hotel is also walking distance from the train station and Nord Bus Terminal for trips outside of Barcelona. Restaurants and local shops everywhere. The hotel’s location is convenient all around … My visit became more special because of the exceptional staff! Everyone is very welcoming, courteous, polite, professional and helpful! Thank you Alejandro, Marco, Julia, Hector and Gary! At the end of the day, the hotel’s rooftop can be the best place to relax to watch and wait for the the sunset while enjoying the view of the city.

Location is fantastic, close to lots of restaurants, shops and some lovely streets to explore! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. All in all we had a fabulous stay and I would 100% recommend and stay here again

The K&K Picasso is ideally located to explore Barcelona, bus stops in short walking distance, can walk to the Ramblas in very short time. Hotel is very clean and rooms are well furnished. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations and restaurant staff very friendly. Only downside the rooftop bar had run out of some popular stock items, during a hot period. However this does not detract from a 5 star rating. Would recommend this hotel as the ideal location for enjoying and exploring Barcelona.

Hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Barcelona. Very clean, great staff, large rooms by Euro standards, and, most important this summer, fantastically good air conditioning. The El Born neighbor is unbeatable -- everything to do and eat, endless people watching, moments to Picasso Museum. Despite street traffic, the windows suppress noise very well. One tip: don't assume taxi drivers are familiar with this property; none of ours were. Bring a slip of paper with the exact street address!

This was one of the best holiday experiences that we've had. The young staff were quietly fantastic. We were given a warm welcome and checked in quickly. The room staff, reception staff and breakfast staff were all great. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they were all warm and friendly. The room was spacious with a good shower room. We had a cosy balcony room. The balcony was small but afforded a nice view of the avenue outside. It was worth the small amount extra as an inside room would have had no view at all. We had heard a lot about pick pockets and did have an experience of one on a local bus (who was summarily hounded off by locals who checked on us - he hasn't actually come near to us!) But this area felt really safe. We travelled a lot in Barcelona and didn't find a nicer area in our opinion. There were loads of fantastic places to eat within yards of the hotel. Great variety for a range of budgets. We were within walking distance of the beach, gothic quarter and other areas. Bus stops were right outside the hotel. We used this for a visit to Sagrada familia and park Guell. The rooftop bar and pool were superb. Although the pool is small, it was never overwhelmed and we spent most afternoons there. We simply could not fault the hotel. This is the only review I've written for anything but felt we had to say thank you.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location is amazing, it's in El Born, close to Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter, and right across the street from Parc de la Ciutadella. It's close to plenty of great restaurants and bars. The rooftop terrace pool and bar was the perfect way to spend time unwinding after walking around the city. Alexandra was the bartender and she made the best sangria in Barcelona. The breakfast was good, and Rober took great care of us. The entire staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Barcelona with my daughter. We took the hop on bus which stops in front- great option to discover the city. Pool on top is a great plus - we could use after checking out. We had breakfast which was also good.
