Barcelona Apartment Gran de Gracia

Even the location and the rooms were great, I had to give an average ratings for the following reasons 1) self checkin process is not easy and requires documentation 2) There is no room cleaning service. Towels are not replaced. 3) We had a leakage in the bathroom due to plumbing issues. I had to deal with a service person who did not know English and it pretty much disrupted our plans for the day. Bathroom was filled with water and it took few hours to fix. My recommendation is book a hotel.

To check in you have to go to the management office which is 15 min away by taxi!! They wouldn't allow more than 5 people that has space for 6. Location was great.

The excellent location and the room facilities are the top. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I was near everything and this equipped apar**ent had all that I needed to stay with my kids and wife.

Reception is at a different location that apar**ent. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apar**ent smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms.

The apar**ent was wonderful for families. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed . There were great restaurants within walking distance. Both self check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Great apartament in very good localisation. Clean, quiet, very good wi- fi.Very easy check-in and good comunication with the administration. I recommend it to everyone- families, singles and partners.

It is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the metro and dining.but far from most tourist attractions and when using a taxi, it adds up. The apar**ent itself was ok on the first floor, you need to walk 40 minutes to pick up the keys or drive for 16 mins. It needs to be updated. My issues were, both sliding doors in the bedroom and living room were broken and couldn’t lock them,which caused anxiety for my daughter at night. We asked property manager to fix it but they never did. The bathroom had a big window and when looked at it from the outside you can see everything a person is doing,so I covered it with a small blanket I had. The curtains in the bedroom were sheer and see through no privacy from surrounding buildings. We scheduled one time cleaning since we booked it for a week, but they never showed up to clean. The pull-up sofa and chairs were very old and not comfortable at all. The most annoying thing was the neighbors up stairs. You can hear everything especially late at night We couldn’t sleep sometimes from the noise.for the money we paid I’d rather get a hotel room in a better location.

I'm nomad digital, so I NEED internet to work... and I had a super big problem because the internet does not work. There is a place behind the apar**ent with party with loud music, all night long. The apar**ent ís good, but therea are this problems: the loud sound during the night e big problems with the internet.

Good big appar**ent in very good location on Grand de Gracia between metro Fontana and Leseps. Lots of cafes and convenient shops, market is not far away. Not crowdy! Need to get keys on other location (Muntaner) prior to getting in. Minor plumbing issues were solved by texting to the reception WhatsApp. Would stay there again. Recommended.
