This was a wonderful stay, close to everything. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again.

Their service was amazing. They allowed us to store our luggage with them before and after check in/out. The front desk staff were all amazing. They were so accomodating and even emailed me immediately to let me know that they had found my jacket that I left behind with our passports in them. The property is close to everything. We walked mostly everywhere,and if we chose to use public tranportation, it was all just a few steps out the front door of the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location next to metro station, plaza catalonia. Very chic design with nice living, dining and roof terrace area. Was hoping room got better view.

Nice room - quiet with effective air conditioning and a fan. What’s great about this hotel is that tea, coffee and water is available anytime and whilst no breakfast is available the facilities are there for you to eat your bought breakfast. The terrace and refreshments area are also very nice. Good very central location.

This was a great simple hotel 1/2 block from the University Plaça. The only issue is that the front desk is only open during the day so if you have early morning or evening questions about buses or tours there is no one to talk to. No breakfast included but they have a nice self serve area with coffee maker and tea, microwave and an outdoor patio

Great hotel, has everything you need, a great terrace and the staff are very helpful. Even though basic is in the name it definitely does not feel like that!

Arrived at 6pm to an empty hotel with no staff so unable to check in. No notice or anything about what to do so had to find an emergency number where I was told I had to go to a different hotel to check in. Not ideal.
Also could’ve been cleaner in the bathrooms. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Location is perfect, hotel is ok. Floor and doors were broken and falling apart, room smelled like a locker-room, but staff was very helpful and friendly. Seems very very expensive, but the location in the center of town is hard to beat.

Beautiful property and friendly staff, just needs a little touch up on chipped paint/wood. It would be nice if there was 24X7 concierge.
