The front desk manager isn’t very friendly, and the front desk in general is very detached from the clients. I felt like I was the one to greet them every time I walked in. So much that I just stopped saying hi on day two, and I stayed for 12 nights which is a long time. Also, the food is terrible and extremely overpriced.
I sent a few things to the laundry and 3 came back stained. NO ONE apologized. I had to say I wasn’t paying for it and they just removed it from my bill but didn’t offer or said absolutely anything.
Is definitely more of a business stay type of hotel.
The only highlight of my trip was the housekeeper, Milena, she will greet me every morning with a big smile, my room was well kept and she went above and beyond to ensure I was ok.
