Wonderful weekend stay at Link House, perfectly positioned for a visit to the northern Lake District with lovely views of the hills . Our hosts Pete and Katie couldn’t have looked after us any better, so welcoming and the breakfast was first class. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well equipped and with great views. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Best meal out in the area was Ravenstone Manor

Booked two nights at Link House as a last minute mini break. Pete and Katie were great hosts, very welcoming with great local knowledge. The room was extremely clean and a great size. The seating area at the the window was particularly useful for us. The breakfast was perfect and set us up for a great day of hiking. We had a great time and would book again.

The hosts of Link House, Katie and Pete were so friendly, helpful and regardful of our needs. We really enjoyed very tasty home cooked breakfasts, many options were available, including vegetarian and gluten free food. We stayed in a very clean, cosy and comfortable room - we slept well in the large double bed. In the room is a fan and extra heater should you feel too hot or cold. There is a high ceiling and large windows with a mountain view, very comfortable armchairs. There is a nice garden with picnic tables and a good private car park at the back for about seven cars. The post code will take you exactly outside the B&B - 2nd last house on the right. You should see the house sign just after the tree out front (see pic).

A really lovely B & B with wonderful decor in beautiful surrounding & excellent hosts. Stayed with a friend - single room was perfect & very comfortable. Breakfast one of best we’ve had anywhere, really high quality full English. We used the car but bus stops into Keswick & beyond few yards from property. It was a very peaceful few days.

A delightful b and b with extremely high standards throughout. Super king, super comfy bed - room spotlessly clean. Pete and Katie are excellent hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast, the porridge was exceptional. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

My visit to Link House was outstanding, The hosts Peter and Katie are very friendly, the breakfasts excellent and cooked to perfection, my room was everything I was expecting and very comfortable, and it was a lovely place to spend a week. I would certainly book again and tell my friends.

Pete and Katie were lovely hosts, room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was top notch! The location couldn’t be better with breathtaking hikes right by the doorstep and lovely views in all directions. Some good restaraunts close by and the Lakes distillery only 5 minutes away are must visits.

Our second stay at this fabulous B&B. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, spotlessly clean and great breakfast. Our hosts, Pete and Katie, are so welcoming and make you feel like friends rather than just guests. Great location too. Cannot recommend Link House highly enough. This is now our 'go to' when in the area.

Pete and Katie make us feel so welcome, right from the moment we arrived very pleasant and professional hosts,the excellent breakfast choices , and cooked beautifully,we had superior room at the front(what a view!),and location we couldn’t have picked a better place. We would highly recommend you to come here it is such a lovely spot in the north of the lakes, hope to come back David and Alison xx
