Great location, just by the tennis courts and seaside. We were here during low season, but can imagine it being lovely during summer. For winter, they have a sauna built over the waters where one can plunge in if overheated. Love it.

Firstly we met a rude receptionist when we asked for parking directions, it made us feel stupid and out of the way, we actually spoke to another staff instead. Basically an unwelcoming start. The spa was good and the pool was not crowded in May. When proceeded to the restaurant, the staff made us wait even though we had an appointed time (yes I will be very German about this). The food was however very good prepared. The whole experience was decreased because of the staffs bad attitudes. I even wrote to the hotel and explained this. Thanks but NEXT!

One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely wonderful. Wish we had booked a longer trip. Spa was amazing and the cold bath house was such a unique and authentic experience. We loved it. Dinner and breakfast both nice. We will be back!

see previous- I have serious concerns about the safety of guests and staff in the case of a fire which is why I have given the hotel a poor rating

This was my first time visiting a spa hotel. I booked 2 nights for general relaxation and recovery from stress. I’m very glad I did, and pan to return at some point. Pluses: - Easy to reach on public transit - Extremely friendly and welcoming staff - Good mix of spaces throughout for varied uses, never felt crowded - Well-maintained facilities with hints of historical roots - Nice surrounding area for seaside walks, etc. Minuses: - Rooftop pool might benefit from slightly more overhang/covering on a rainy day, but it’s a pretty minor thing

... as soon as we can. My wife and I had four wonderful days with perfect service, excellent wines, delightful breakfasts and dinners. Last but not the least the endless pool and the rooftop bar. Perfect stay!

The location is very good, and the hotel is very pretty. The restaurant has great food. The spa facilities are good but they were very crowded and our spa treatments were not worth it.

Our trip to Skansen from Norway was based on our daughters marriage. When 120 people participation it`s very important that everything goes smooth, and it really did. Perfectly match
