Orbi Beach Tower Hotel Official

We have stayed at this wonderful Apar**ent Hotel for a long term rental and we have been very happy here. We can highly recommend staying here. Our fully furnished one bedroom apar**ent with balcony had an outstanding view of the green park on the New Boulevard and the Black Sea. The king sized bed is very comfortable, and blackout curtains are a relief for light sleepers, with AC/heating in both the living room and the bedroom. There's plenty of wardrobe, and storage space, with a fully equipped kitchen, good counter space, including microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom is large with ample drawer space, a rain shower with good pressure, and plenty of hot water. There's a dining table, large desk for working and two TVs. Balcony furniture allows you to take in the fantastic sunsets. One downside for being this high up on the 36th floor is the incredible sound of the wind when it picks up and can be disturbing while sleeping. However, the views and the space make up for that. The staff at the building reception are exceptional! They are very friendly, helpful, speak English and are quick to help you with any problems you may have. We had a few maintenance issues that were rectified immediately without any fuss or delay. As well, the cleaning staff is remarkable and does an immaculate job cleaning up the apar**ent, leaving it spotless. And even though this is a very large building with many floors and units, the six elevators are very efficient and get you to your floor quickly without having to wait. With a splendid view, comfortable living space, city buses right outside your door, a seaside promenade, many nearby restaurants, a wonderful cafe on the 37th floor, along with a mall and grocery shopping across the street, it's a no-brainer you should stay here! So what are you waiting for?!

была в марте 22. был какой-то забубённый этаж, выглядывать с балкона страшно, но вид фантастический, конечно. у меня были и море и горы. дымка поутру сказочная в горах. обстановка, как я понимаю, везде стандартная. а наполнение, например, мелочей в кухонную нишу или в санузле, зависит от хозяина апартаментов. большая кровать, тв, столик, шкаф. всё как в обычной гостинице, новое, современное. расположение на первой береговой линии, рядом есть кафе, магазины и проч. по набережной гулять не перегулять, в центр города запросто тоже можно пешком.

Отель с красивым видом. Это его главный и наверное единственный плюс. Отель все ещё в процессе строительства, а то, что сдано, сделано наспех, без души, для зарабатывания денег. В наших номерах, а их было 3, дешевая сантехника, качающаяся раковина, запах канализации в туалете. О полноценном отдыхе, тоже никто не думает. Шумоизоляция отсутствует, подушки неудобные, одеяла нет, а простынь, меньше матраса. Можно остановиться на одну ночь, но не больше.
