try to avoid this aparment/villa at all cost this is fraud****** alguien deberia tomar acciones con este tipo de publicaciones que son fraudulentas este alojamiento dice que tienen 5 baños y solo tiene 2 pagamos el local por la piscina y estaba verde el agua no pudimos bañarnos, llamamos a *********** mas de 20 veces para que nos dieran nuestro dinero para ir a otro lado y siempre nos cerraban la llamadas, para no darnos nuestro dinero hablamos con el hotel y no hicieron nada por nosotros ni nos buscaron otro sitio nos dejaron en el mismo lugar con la piscina en mantenimiento y el agua verde, estas personas nos dañaron nuestras vacaciones, el lugar estaba todo sucio no limpiaron bien, nos trataron como animales, explicamos la situacion en el hotel y no hicieron absolutamente nada por nosotros, si usted ve este comentario mejor busque otra opcion.

Pool was not working, apartment look old, the light in the bathroom and the toilet were not working, we tried to get another room and the front desk lady said no because Dominicans are loud, they will charge you more than 40us dollars for energy usage, so be aware of that, outside is beautiful but insides sucks, suggest you to pay a little more and go to another place if you are looking for comfort.

Nunca vayáis a este establecimiento. No tienen ninguna seriedad, os intentaran engañar, cambiar vuestra reserva a su antojo, pediros una entrega a cuenta a pesar de tener la reserva por booking. El encargado es realmente maleducado. Never go to this establishment. They are not serious at all, they will try to cheat you, change your reservation at will, ask you for a deposit even though you have the reservation through booking. The manager is really rude.

La villa est grande,elle n'est malheureusement pas entretenue,l'eau sent très mauvais,la tuyauterie est rouillée,pas de PQ,ni de serviettes,ni de bouilloire,ni de TV (qui fonctionne !)comme indiqué dans le descriptif produit de toilette,le WIFI ne passe plus dans les chambres :point positif la machine à laver!!! Nous sommes resté 4 jours dont 3 jours entiers (9h 17h) de coups de marteaux et masse sans être avertis.Un enfer...
