Buckle up.
Safety: I am a middle-aged woman who traveled with 3 teenage daughters. At least once a day, any of of us experienced sexually aggressive behavior from a staff member, whether it be a busboy, an "entertainment director" or any other of the multiple employees on the grounds. At one point, as one of my daughters and I were returning to our room (after dark), we encountered a male staff member on the stairs. He opened his arms to block our way, and we had to make uncomfortable small talk until he lowered his arms. On another day, I had a restaurant busboy make a suggestive sound to me as he passed behind me while I was standing at the buffet. Needless to say, my daughters and I did not feel safe.
Food: I understand that an All-Inclusive resort has to feed a large number of people, and a variety of foods. But if I know that, so do they. And if you cannot do it, then don't. The buffets were recycled food from the day(s) prior. The "Mexican" restaurant served "Nachos" that were bagged tortilla chips with canned cheese poured over the top - that's all. No tomatoes, peppers, olives, onions - just cheese. And the coffee was AWFUL. Honestly, burnt gas station coffee at best.
Lastly - don't waste your money on "Privilige". They claim you have a "Butler", but nobody responds to messages & you can't get a reservation to any restaurant. You still have to stand in a line for a drink at a bar (no pool/beach service).
DO NOT recommend booking if you are women traveling alone.
