錯峯來度假，人數不多，整體感覺很不錯。雖然建築設施有點舊了，但整體上還保持的很好。沙灘太漂亮了。全包式（酒水，餐飲，零食）隨叫隨到，感覺很棒！唯一遺憾的是，酒店提供的日式餐廳，實際上是加勒比海式的餐廳（不是正宗的日式餐廳），至於BUFFET或者法餐廳，都不錯。還有每晚9點都有LIVE SHOW，但有點過時了。整體上，度假感受很享受！

The location was great. The pool, beach and dining choices were great.
The check in part is the one that wasnt great. 1st thing, they wont check in anyone literally till 3P! I went and tried checking in at 246P and the front desk said, check in at 3P! The bathroom flush wont work and there were cockroaches and bugs in the room. I just didnt expect those things in the room. Otherwise, the restaurants, pool, beach and location are great. The people that are working in the bars, restaurants and pool were nicer and friendly than the people in the front desk.

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff. Great service and very nice location and beach. Food was wonderful with many dining options.

The property badly needs an updating. Paint peeling in rooms, fridge cabinet not shutting properly. Hot tubs not hot but cold. Food is okay.

We chose the Preferred Club option and for me it’s worth every penny. You have upgraded amenities, access to Preferred Club pools, bars, and restaurants. Our Butler Marko was invaluable in ensuring we had access to the restaurants we wanted at the times that we preferred. All we had to do was ask and Marko made things happen. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. The beach was clean and the water was beautiful.

We had a great stay! Food was good, service was amazing. We upgraded to preferred and loved our butler. He took care of everything for us!! Highly recommend that perk along with the private preferred pools and upgraded drinks.
