The VIP upgrade was not better than what I booked. I would never have done it if I knew. The rooftop jacuzzi was dirty. The room was small. The toilet didn’t work had to be serviced 3 times in one day. And this is an upgrade. I have been to the Majestic resorts 6 times now in Punta Cana. If this was my first I would never have come back.

It is NOT a 5 star resort. Food was not the greatest, room service / house keeping is terrible, personal butler was no where to be found… the beach area was beautiful…..

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort was extremely clean. Anything we wanted they were very quick and supplying

The property was for the most part beautiful, there are some areas which need an upgrade! Pools and beach areas are
great! The thing we thought was below par was some of the
food and the steak house. It felt like eating in a basement!
The steak was very tough and service that night was not good. Left hungry and disappointed, all in all it was a great time and will go back someday!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We loved our room. It is the first resort we've ever visited that we would absolutely come back to and bring friends. The food was generally quite good with lots of fresh fruit and veggies and lots of selection. The coffee shop was a favorite as was the piano bar. We got a pretty nice massage at the spa and had a blast with some of the activities that were offered - volleyball, aerobics, dance lessons and the nightly shows, which were of higher caliber than I've often seen at all inclusive resorts. The drinks were tasty and the staff was really great. Our butler was very nice and helpful with a variety of services. A few minor areas I'd love to see different tipping - it seemed there was an expectation always to tip, for every drink you ordered, for the guy helped pull your kayak up, etc. which was unexpected and fine - but also challenging when you are walking around in a swimsuit all day (where to put and keep cash safe?) Also, I am gluten free, which was mentioned at check in per thier instructions but didn't seem to connect to anything? The gluten free options for the a la cart restaurants were very limited, and it was hard to communicate to ask for minor changes, like can I get that salad but without croutons? Very minor, but for all you gluten free people, just know, even with some Spanish language skills, it was challenging.

Wonder full beach front- water sport should of been more available, there were plenty of maintenance issues with bathroom door handles

We had a fantastic relaxing week at Majestic Mirage. The hotel is very exquisite: the grounds are stunning with majestic buildings and clean facilities and all the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Leonel from Reception checked us in and out with ease. Our butler, Jose Jacobs, was very helpful and always available for any questions and made sure we had a great time. We enjoyed the many restaurants and dining staff, host Ana Marie's smile was welcoming every morning at breakfast and waiter "Super" Dario was always making us laugh. We loved lounging by the pool, there were ample cabanas and chairs at both the pool and beach. Juan Bernardo went above and beyond to make sure our days by the pool were comfortable. Food was well above average and the cocktails were tasty. Would fully recommend anyone to visit!
