property is walkable, clean, great service, clean beach, nice people, a lot of fruits and variable menus.
I did not like the only one point: how was organize the work of the room cleaning: I have to remind them to change towels, to put a clean bed sheets, to put toiletries

Beautiful property. Very clean, staff was very attentive and friendly. Wilbur was a great butler. Unfortunately, the food was not great and for that reason, I would not stay again.

The Magestic Mirage exceeded my expectations. The service was phenominal especially Jose, our butler. He took care of all of our needs and more. There was plenty to do on the property which the entertainment team did a phenominal job catering to the adults since it was mainly an all adult hotel. Food was very good much to my surprise. I usually do not care for all inclusives because of that but it was excellent and most restaurants you did not need a reservation and there was no wait. Only 1 or 2 evenings we were kind of forgotten about in 2 of the restaurants but then that was rectified for the rest of the week. It was my birthday so the room was decorated for that and had some special bday dinner celebrations thanks to the staff. The only thing I was not impressed with was the beaches and the grooming of the beaches. Seems like the beaches have been a bit eroded from the storms but they didnt seem groomed in the mornings. Kind of a mish mosh of seating on the beach as well. But everything else was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the future

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. So many bars . Loved the coffee shop . The food was delicious. Staff was so friendly very knowledgeable and helpful.

Majestic Mirage was Excellent! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is amazing! The staff was incredible. The level of service, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, was top notch. There were employees constantly working on the upkeep of the property. We stayed at the Club for adults only. The location to the beach was fantastic. There were lots of food options. I had never stayed at an all inclusive resort. I spoke with other vacationers to find out how the resort compared to others. I was told by many it was far superior to other resorts. Our butler was Jeffrey. He was very helpful but not intrusive. The staff really made the experience special. The only negative I would say is the food sometimes was hit or miss. I had read reviews about this before and it seemed to be true. The presentation of the food was great. Some of the food just didn't taste to the level of that presentation. We still found plenty to eat, we just had to figure out what fit our tastes. The Japanese and Steak restaurants were our favorite. We will certainly return. We had an amazing vacation.

This resort is beautiful. We had a couple of issues but the resort made it right for us.
DO NOT use destination services for transport. They are not on time! From transfer to the resort and pick up for the airport they were late. The driver taking us to the airport was rude! Also we booked a shuttle van which we got going to the resort but they sent a big bus that was so dirty inside for our transfer to the airport. He was also 30 minutes late.
