The service was just good. I was able to extend my stay for another 1/2 day for RM 300. Food was good too. My toddler loved their fried rice, and my wife loved their nasi lemak

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at Lexis Suites Penang and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.
The next day morning, to my horror, I discovered rove beetles scuttling across the floor, wall, glass door, bath tub, even hided inside swimming clothes. if u don't know what is rove beetles please google it how's the harmful to human skin. please look at the picture.
I can't imagine if my child were to be infected by rove beetle toxic during our stay at this hotel; it's a distressing thought that highlights the importance of ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our family especially is a 5 star family suite hotel.
I emailed the hotel management regarding this issue, but I have not received a response. very disappointed. please considering if u want to staying this hotel.

Very good choice for big families. Can enjoy swimming in room with family members only. The small kids with less than 1.2m height can use a bath tub to enjoy their swimming activities.

Reached the hotel around 10am so was told by the hotel staff that the earliest check in will be at 2pm. In general hotel staffs were polite and professional. When I booked the room, I requested for high floor and mine was at 18th floor. Amazing view with a semi sea view. Room was very spacious.It comes with walk in wardrobe, steamer room and a private pool. Great for couples or even for family. Great amount of varieties for breakfast. Location is near the airport.

Best giler Lexis Hotel Penang. Rezeki saya pihak hotel upgrade bilik secara percuma.
Hotel ni bersih sangat. Puas hati duduk situ. Anak² pun happy sangat.
Yang tak best ye saya CHECK IN lambat sebab lambat sampai Penang 😆
Kalau nak check in sini, better check in ikut timing dia. Lebih berbaloi dapat duduk dalam bilik lama².
Thanks Lexis Hotel Penang. SANGAT BERPUAS HATI. Service pun TERBAIK! 👍🏻

Generally OK. The car park is not easy for certain driver due to it is abit slope. Some SUV is difficult to turn the corner. Other than that it is ok for us.

Clean sorrounding. Nice pool. Nice view. But the down side, At night the insect called CHARLIE is everywhere. So dangerous. When we tell the receptionist, he ask us to complain in this review.

Room and hotel outlay are fine. But did not meet 5 star hotel standard.
Got nice kids play area where not all hotel have.
Customer service attendant not as pleasant. Besides that, requested RM15 per hour if would like to have early check in.
Additional, Trip.com mentioned need only pay RM6 for the taxes but when reach there, requested to pay RM20.
All about extra charges and pay in this hotel.

This hotel meant for stay n enjoy in but not to travel around. In the hotel a lot amenities so kids will enjoy a lot. 1 thing we notice got rove beetle at pool area in the room. Hotel must take note and do the protection frequently.
Overall stay is still not bad.
