This property was obviously old & in need of updating. The bathroom floor looked like it hadnt been mopped in years

The only issue was the road construction in front of the hotel and the directions were not very clear because of the construction. Once we found it everything was great. The clerk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Thankfully all were in walking distance.

Michael made our stay a memorable one with the excellent service he provided at breakfast. You can see he really loves people.
The room was clean and comfortable and there were many options nearby for dinner.

Very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disappoin**ent was no biscuits and gravy at breakfast, but that's not a deal breaker. Lots of highway construction in the area, but that's a permanent fixture in Beaumont! We'll stay there again!

Morning crew was outstanding, so super friendly and helpful in every way. Check in clerk was courteous, but obviously had other things on her mind, constantly checking her phone.

Good location for the conference I was attending. The mattress on bed was more firm than I like but overall stay was great!

My first room had a noise in it, sounded like a dove calling, and the toilet would not stop running.
My second room, finding this late about 1030 pm, the shower handle did not work properly, only hot water. I had to wash off in the sink.
Next morning at check out I told the desk about the shower and did not even offer a discount.
I have stayed at several Hamptons, but I will not stay at this one again.

I absolutely loved our one night stay. I was extremely pleased with a man who worked in the breakfast area. He actually made the waffles for me. He provided the best service I have ever had at a hotel. I do have to also give credit to the rest of the staff as well. Everyone was very friendly.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Mr. Mike and Ms. Stephanie provided exceptional hospitality during each of our three morning continental breakfasts. Their Southern Style hospitality was above and beyond.
