They charge extra 99$ for the cleaning service but there were ants, the dishwasher had not been emptied, the sheets were dirty, the furniture were very damaged ... They charged extra 200$ for the "complementary services" like de gym, the water slides, and BBQ even if it is too cold to go swimming. I feel like I wasted that money. That should be an access option to pay or not if you want to use the slides and the pool. The gym is in another hotel further away. I would not recommend

Resort info on RCI website is incorrect. "On site restaurant" is permanently closed. RCI members - but not members of Wyndham, Legacy, or other companies - are charged a high amenties fee, $35+tax per day, in advance, and refund for unused days was not refunded upon request, unless I was willing to pay an additional $99 early check out penalty "cleaning fee."Desk staff gave differing explanations of what this fee covered; one said it was for WiFi, toilet paper and trash bags ($35 a day's worth???)

This resort must install AC, change carpet, bedding. it was a very old building with musty and damp smell.

we enjoyed our stay in this area already for the 4th time, but the resort could have an up-date. Nowadays a reliable wi-fi should be normal!

disgusting ! Mold all over shower curtain. Dirty! Bedbugs in the pull out sofa! Rotten wood on the steps to the front door. Rude staff. Ant hills and insects all over the front lawn. Dumpster overflowing, stench. Pool access at next resort over denied when you arrive. It was "free" from listening to timeshare presentation. You get what you pay for

Don’t waste your money and time on this resort. I had a 2 bedroom unit. Bathroom was disgusting, filthy, bad conditions ..unacceptable! The only solution on site they gave us is to leave. Not comfortable bed , too old I guess! They have a 39$/day fees but in winter, it is toooo high for the amenities we have on site. Overall, the unit was in a bad condition and not clean…two things that are important to us when we travel.

Appliances are very outdated. You have a fee (321 $) to pay when checking in for the wiifi, a water park closed in winter (!), and the use of the spa. On ly 2 bath towels for a unit of 6 ! The location is among middle level condos, not near the Mont Ste Anne ski resort.

This was our 2nd time here, we also stayed in 2018. Both times we stayed 1 week in a 2 bedroom condo. Both times we used a coupon we got through Wyndham, for a “free 7 night stay”. We had to pay the resort fee of 39.95 +tax/day , which totalled 321.53 As others had mentioned, that a pretty high fee, for what they offer???? Especially in the winter when their small kids water park is closed and frozen 🥶 It was worth it for us given the coupons but I would not choose this condo if you are paying full price! In our unit the furniture is getting a little worn. The kitchen did have lots of items but also old and tired. The bedding and towels really need replacing 😬 The location is what keeps this place going, as you can see Mount Ste Anne ski hill from your condo. As well as only 20 minutes to Quebec City. Go if you can get a deal, but keep your expectations lower, and you should be ok👍
