A cosy reasonably priced Room which is excellent value & in wonderful location. Beautiful bathroom, excellent quality & finish amazing views also . We had a wonderful sleep as it is pitch black and so wonderfully quiet

The property was great to stay and enjoy the beautiful town of Baddgelert…. Loved the size of the room … bedding was comfortable … however the TV was tiny and the bathroom had a water leak which wet the carpet in the room … there was a faint damp smell …. Perfect if this was fixed!!!

I had a fantastic stay at the Coach house with a lovely warm welcome from the ladies in the Real Coffee shop. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. The breakfast arrangement was great with cerals, porridge, fruit, tea and coffee all in the room. I would highly recommend it.

Website said to make contact if you would like to check in at a different time. I did text to ask a couple of times no reply so in the end had to phone. Was basically told no due to cleaners. So not sure why the option was there in the first place. Double bed had extremely soft mattress and pillows which was very uncomfortable and left my back and neck stiff next morning. Breakfast selection was very good and they brought some fresh fruit to us in arrival which was lovely. Only one door key so when my partner left to go for a drink in the evening me and my daughter could not lock our bedroom door as there is no lock on the inside and partner needed key for the front door. Overall not a bad stay for the price.

Fantastic place to stay after hiking Snowdon! Clean, great location and nice breakfast touch.

We loved our room, the view, the breakfast, drink and snack options were perfect…..
Also, it was cold out and our room was toasty warm.
Our neighbors were a little noisy but otherwise no complaints….
Would definitely recommend

Appalling. Noisy. Rude manager. Ugly uncomfortable room. Mould. Avoid. The music from the coffee shop was so loud and when we tried to contact the owner the manager came around and aggressively slammed the door. I was afraid. My husband was furious. Spoiled a great evening we packed up and left and had to find another hotel for the night. Shocking
