The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especial thanks to 秦. The rooms are big and clean but old. The beach is beautiful but not exclusive to the hotel so it's very crowded. Nice stay overall.

It’s a beautiful jewel hidden on the mountains of Beihai. Was there with daughter and friends from the first time we said hello to the ladies at the reception we knew we were home away from home. Staff is excellent and was very understanding of our needs. Kobe and his team (Monica and everyone) treated us with such grace as a result we felt welcomed and truly at home. The views are beautiful, beach and pool just perfect. Thank you Beihai Guanling Resort (mountain villa) for making our stay a memorable one. Definitely will see you soon!

The hotel is located in a great location. Far from the noise of the city, but close enough to visit all the attractions. The staff is very helpful even they can't speak English we communicate through translator they upgraded me the room with the sea view.
But! The hotel needs renovation, the territory is dirty and a lot of things broken. Swimming pools are dirty or without water at all. The room was tidy, but here and there you can see broken things.
The price is too high for that quality of the place. Only the environment is good, but still need to fix a lot of things there

住的6棟行政海景房感覺不太匹配房間名，其實普通的房型就好了，還有酒店服務特別好，擺渡車可以一個電話就過來節假日可能就要等十幾二十分鐘，有兩個沙灘，234棟的沙灘水特別清，10棟的網紅打卡點沙灘特別熱鬧。

有被驚喜到，環境很好，叫車服務也非常的到位，特別是夏經理，解答指引非常有耐心。幾個姐妹約着出去玩的，點了海鮮到酒店吃，配上一瓶紅酒，再配上這個環境，乳腺疏通良葯，哈哈哈哈……愛了愛了。

環境：一進大門就可是看到“擁山觀海，靜謐自怡”這句話表達的非常好！
服務：有需求及時響應，感謝陳芝艷總監熱情的接待和服務，為她的用心用情服務點贊！
衞生：整體來説比較好；
早餐：早餐產品需加強，但是口感是槓槓的好，如果再豐富些就更好！
設施設備：比較完善，有無敵海景網球場、健身房、斯諾克、棋牌室、小童樂園、婚禮堂、海灘BBQ、網紅酒吧等。
在這裏時不需要出門，本來就山美水好，淡季來超級舒服，獨享這片山海美景！

已經第二次來冠嶺了。尤其喜歡這裏的海灘，夕陽很美。10號樓新開的夕海岸餐廳，吸引了很多外來遊客，但是酒店對車輛進行了管控，觀光車還是很方便的，服務員態度很好，小麥服務不錯，加了微信，有什麼問題回覆很快，早餐自助型的，老友粉味道不錯，房間雖然有點舊，不過挺乾淨的，裏面還有免費的可樂雪碧，日落景觀真的很出片，有空還會來。

設施：設施還是比較齊全，空調也給力。停車方便，有地面停車場，每個樓棟都能停車
衞生：還可以，床品舒服
環境：陽台能看到海景，吹吹海風超級舒服。離銀灘和僑港風情街都不太遠，打車20分鐘左右
服務：早餐品類豐富，酒店丹丹美女服務態度很好，介紹我們山莊怎麼玩，還給我們介紹特色美食
