Friendly and accomodating staff. (Emphasis)
Hotel is near to the forbidden city and malls.
Breakfast is included.
No pool.
Overall, 4/5.

Very good budget place. You cant be more well located than that. Walking distance to most of beijing attractions. The only improvement point is having some people that can speak english in the reception, that would help. Breakfast is delicious.

Great location near the forbidden city and Wangfujing Ave; good hotel and nice rooms. The only thing to be improved is to have personnel that can speak English, I lost my first day of breakfast for a misunderstanding of the stuff and the solution provided wasn't acceptable, especially when they have the restaurant available and with a lot of food prepared for the next meal (lunch)!

房間非常滿意。很乾凈。一室兩廳兩衞的格局。最讓我滿意的就是：在外旅行時，最怕長者孩子有個頭疼腦熱的。孩子因為不舒服，嘔吐了。我打電話要抽紙時，隨口説了一句要拖把。沒想到，抽紙送達和打掃阿姨同時間出現。去看升旗的凌晨，保安師傅也很有愛地説：別著涼啊，慢走了您哎。。。回見嘞。。。。感覺這是自上而下的管理服務理念在員工身上的體現。。。對了，有點烏龍，我一直以為歡迎水果是攜程客人專享的。。。詢問了才知曉是第一次進店客人才有的水果。。。。如果套房一天隔一天有就好了。。。

酒店位置很好，交通便利，單人間適合一個人出差居住，房間雖然不大但是佈局很好，乾淨衞生，設施也很新，在這個位置這個價位性價比算是相當高了，每天早上還有美味可口的早餐，非常棒，下次來還選擇住這裏。

地理位置很喜歡，王府井大街，地鐵口，北京百貨大樓等都很方便，出門左轉一直走就是故宮，提醒沒有必要打車，因為往前走不遠就車輛限行了，步行很好，去南鑼鼓巷從金魚衚衕地鐵衹要兩站，什剎海三站，特別方便，最關鍵的是早餐自助很滿意，服務也很好，服務員都很美麗，説話也是輕聲細語，有什麼要求或者詢問都可以給出很好的建議，貼心的準備了便簽指路條

南京人來北京住南京大酒店，也是很有趣了。訂的時候就是看中地理位置好，在王府井，離故宮很近，街對面還有四季民福烤鴨店。酒店裡南京元素很多，讓我很親切。單人間很小，沒有窗户，但乾淨整潔，一個人住沒問題。房間不透氣，有點悶熱，空調開到最低也沒用。早餐一般，不過有南京的鴨血粉絲湯，還挺正宗的。
