Location is perfect! Subway lines nearby, bus stops very convenient. Apartment is also conveniently located next to The Place and walking distance to many amenities.

it was good location in Beijing. Service was not so good and not so bad

This room was spacious and fit my husband and two sons well. The location is fantastic. Areas of improvement are: there was no microwave in the room as advertised and no laundry soap. My husband had to borrow the soap from my room. The wooden planks on the single bed where broken and the beds were very hard. If laundry soap is provided, the bed fixed and the microwave placed in the room then it would be great.

Great sized studio apartment. Excellent walk-in wardrobe with iron/clothes drying rack. Kitchen is a good size with fridge, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom is modern wit shower h a contemporary toilet that lights up. Washing machine with internal dryer provided. The building is well situated above many restaurant and trendy cocktail bars, as well as a large shopping mall called the place. Th building also has access to a small gym.

Keine Empfehlung! Leider war das Appartement sehr, sehr schlecht und dafür sehr teuer. Es war unfassbar schmutzig. Vor allem das Badezimmer. Man muss ehrlicherweise sagen, dass Lucy die Managerin sich bemüht hat, bei Fragen oder wenn Toilettenpapier aus war oder man frische Handtücher benötigt hat.. Aber das komplette Gebäude ist sehr ungepflegt. Es riecht unangenehm beim Betreten. Aufzug schmutzig und sehr alt. Das Apartement war wie auf den Bildern nur eben in alt, kaputt und schmutzig. Der Fön hing von der Wand. Das Bad war total schimmelig und alt. Es krochen kleine Käfer herum. Nur die Betten waren sauber und die Handtücher. Barfuss gelaufen ist man nicht. Die Küche war ohne Geschirr. Es gab 3 Tassen, jedoch keine Löffel. Aber man hätte eh nicht kochen wollen, weil es so schmutzig und staubig war. Wir waren so wenig wie möglich dort. Wir haben die Kleider nicht in den Schrank geräumt, weil er staubig war und schlecht roch. Lucy, die Managerin, sagte dies sei Standard in China. Aber das kann nicht sein, denn wir waren im Anschluss in einem anderen Hotel in Shanghai und da war es perfekt, auch wenn es schlechter bewertet war als dieses Apartement. Was mich ärgert ist, dass ich Kontakt mit Trip.com.hatte, denn die bereitgestellten Bilder bei Trip.com entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Wir haben 50 Euro in Tripcoins erhalten. Dieses Apartement hat über 1000 Euro gekostet, aber das ist es nicht wert. Dass von Seiten der Hotelleitung kein Preisnachlass kam ist eine Zumutung. Ein Umzug war kurzfristig nicht möglich und doppelt bezahlen können wir nicht. Wir fühlen uns sehr im Nachteil und empfehlen es unseren Freunden bei Mercedes nicht. Schade, dass wir nichts besseres schreiben können über unseren Urlaub.
