Good:
- The location is excellent. Walking distance from The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
-Very friendly and helpful staff.
-Breakfast is good. One or two western options available.
Bad:
-Very old. Needs to be upgraded. Quite a lot of cracks and watermarks everywhere.
-No hot water. We had hot water once in the four says that we stayed there.
-Terrible noise insulation. The cats wail the whole night right outside the window. You can hear every click, cough and toilet flush from other guests.
-No English TV options available. Only CCTV.
-Fridge was very dirty.

First of all the location is excellent, so convenient for walking tours to Forbidden City, Tiananmen square, JingShan park, BeiHai Park, Shopping malls street.
The breakfast is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful but not many speak English. Minibar is free of charge, some extra positive point.
The general minus is hotel extremely needs a renovation or at least general cleaning: furniture&curtains and etc. Rooms have signs of repairing but in very inaccurate
maner.

Perfect location and very kind staff. The night duty receptionist was very helpful, offered to help find best possible trips to the great wall and book the forbidden city. I was not aware of the fact that the forbidden city tickets had to be booked lat least 2 day in advance. The street the hotel is on has many restaurants and stalls where desserts and on the go food is sold.

Good location, friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is limited but has the basics, not super vegan friendly as most things have egg in it. Not a bad stay! I was happy with my stay here.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the forbidden city, easy access to bike (best way moving around). Have a ride around at dusk.
Bottle of water offered. Bathroom is huge (lots of empty space), and no shower.
The room was good size, but not well arranged. Noise insulation level at average level.
The additional bed was not good, just a simple couch...
Wifi connection awful.
Cleaning not at expected level. Bar not renewed if doors were closed (had to close the door to move !)
No restaurant, only breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 and Chinese food only. 8:00 too late when you are moving to Great Wall for example...
Welcome area has no chair In order to wait during check in for example.
Overpriced for the service level, you pay the location...

設施：看的出來應該是做過維護。
衞生：不錯
環境：對面小區，晚上睡覺安靜，庭院設計挺好，如果是夏天喝點茶聊聊天挺好。
服務：員工相對其他酒店算是有求必應。
這邊離故宮王府井天安門較近，算在一條比較熱鬧的街上。兩側都有武警站崗，安全感十足。
