Απάντηση από το κατάλυμα: Dear Guest, we are very sorry that your stay was not satisfactory! Our hotel is located in the heart of Beijing's Second Ring Road, and due to building constraints, the room size is indeed on the smaller side. We have also indicated the specific dimensions on the booking page, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Although the room is small, we always strive to maintain cleanliness, bedding, and bathroom facilities to provide you with a comfortable experience. We will seriously reflect on our shortcomings and will provide clearer room information on future booking pages. We also welcome you to experience our other room types on your next trip to Beijing, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable room for you.

Απάντηση από το κατάλυμα: Dear Guest, We sincerely apologize that your stay was not entirely satisfactory! Located in the heart of Beijing's Second Ring Road, our hotel's rooms are indeed on the smaller side due to building constraints. We strive to create a comfortable stay within these limited spaces, ensuring everything you need is well-equipped despite its small size. Regarding your question about the complimentary gift, we would like to clarify: we prepare a personalized beverage gift for each guest, which is placed directly in the room's mini-fridge. Perhaps our explanation was not clear enough, preventing you from noticing this thoughtful touch. We sincerely apologize! Our location is also highly appreciated by many guests; it's only about a 10-minute walk to Xidan subway station, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Thank you again for your feedback. We will continue to optimize our service details and look forward to providing you with an even better stay next time!
