At first we were settled in a not very successful room on the 9th floor, there was a stain on the sofa, the walls were not very clean. But we pointed out the inconsistency of the room with the photos, after that we were given another room on the 33rd floor, in which everything was clean and new. Convenient video projector, refrigerator, air conditioning, electric stove. Beautiful view from the window. Subway station is 10 minutes walk away. In general, we were satisfied. Spanish restaurant El Rojo round the corner was great, I recommend it.

The location is excellent, but it appears that there has been a lack of maintenance in the room, as some amenities require an upgrade.

The location is the big drawing point for this hotel. I’m not exactly sure if it’s all a hotel? We got the family suite and it seemed more like an apartment that you would get on Airbnb. There was no daily cleaning or reception or any hotel amenities like that. There was no one at the reception desk when we got there so we called the number and someone came to meet us to give us the keys. They were pretty nice and would deliver us water bottles everyday. The place itself is a bit outdated but does the job. Again, it’s just in a really nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants around.

Amazing location and good quality compared to the price. Nice and clean, nice view, in the best part of Beijing surrounded with lots of restaurants, bars and parks.

Decent place for the price. It's a service apartment, check in was very confusing, but eventually worked out. Rooms lack charm but do the job. Surrounded by shops / restaurants.
