We loved this hotel 😍 The room was clean, spacious, and got cleaned every day with fresh water and snacks replaced. It is a 20 minute walk from Dawanglu station. The staff were amazing and were patient with the language barrier. The breakfast was great and very convenient (but a little expensive). There is a free snack every evening from 9-11pm and lots of free items to borrow if you need them. We borrowed an umbrella for two days which was really helpful. Hopefully we will come back one day! 😍

We really enjoyed our stay here as the rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent. There were lots of free snacks and drinks in the room which was great for the kids. It was easy enough to get the metro into the city center and taxis to the great wall and Universal Studios. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip to Beijing.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time in a month due to the very positive experience we had in mid June. The room is not super big, but big enough for two adults. The bathroom and the shower look very modern and clean. Every staff member is friendly when they see guests coming in and out, making you feel at home. The breakfast is decent for a smaller hotel, and the late night free food service is very considerate. There are a lot of free stuffs too. You will find in the hotel room picture story books from the 70s and 80s in China. Along with a letter from the owner in which he outlined his vision for his hotel chain. Good service overall, especially for the price. Highly recommended for family trips.

It was an amazing stay with them! Their hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They greet their guests every time they see them, making them feel welcome. Breakfast was included, and so is supper! Supper is free every night from 2100-0000h. Free snacks and drinks are being provided in the room and refilled daily. The cleaning staff also clean and tidy up your room, making sure that you come back to a nice and clean place every day. Even though the location of the hotel is not super near the subway, you can didi anywhere, which makes it very convenient. The nearest subway is Dawanglu (大望路), which is near to most attractions in beijing.

Our group of eight stayed for four nights and felt right at home; the hotel definitely gave us a homely feeling.
The cleanliness was top-notch, comfortable enough to walk around barefoot in the room. The beds were of medium firmness, and there was one soft and one hard pillow each, which was very considerate. The bedding was especially soft and comfortable.
The atmosphere inside the room was warm and gentle, great!
The bathroom had stable hot water, and the water pressure was decent.
The breakfast and late-night snack options were just right, making for a good choice for tourists to have a bite before going out to explore.
There’s a supermarket outside the hotel open until midnight, which is convenient, great!
The front desk staff, both the brothers and sisters, were all kind and friendly. Every day when we returned to the hotel exhausted from playing, they would greet us warmly, remind us to put on more clothes if the weather was cool, and ask if we needed a bottle of water before going out. Their youthfulness, kindness, and energy added a lot to our trip and left us with a good impression of Beijing.
We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Free laundry and dryers for use, free supper, clean and comfy rooms, good water pressure and hot water for showers. Facial wipes and hair ties for ladies even. A really comfortable stay.

In terms of service and hospitality, the Nostalgia hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel is clean and homey, with around the clock complimentary drinks and snacks, free evening meal from 9pm to midnight, free laundry, and so many thoughtful, free touches like foot bath, sleep masks, heat pads, etc. The front desk receptionists were outstandingly helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping staff was impeccable and left us handwritten notes. It is about 12 min to walk to the nearest subway station, and a short ride downtown to all of the attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a huge luxury mall. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely book again next time we are in Beijing.

This is a great hotel with a good location. Hotel staff is helpful and cute. Night free dinner was good. Additional plus is that you can use a washing machine free.
