VOYAGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

This hotel is a gem. I had an 02:00 am flight arrival and needed a sleep before catching a 13:20 international flight. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was very comfortable and quiet but the best aspect was the service from every member of staff. Truly excellent. Communication via WeChat was clear and responsive, including arrangements for the pickup service from T3. The driver was friendly and helpful, the front desk staff were excellent, friendly and super efficient, even at 02:30. In fact all staff that I met seemed genuinely helpful and attentive. Oh, and the breakfast was great. This is a strong recommendation if you need a stopover. I wish all hotels were run like this one. I will be staying again.

Perfect location for flight from Beijing airport. Also there are several restaurants around this hotel. I don’t know what alpaca is in garden but it was surprising. There are shuttle bus to airport every 30min, it seems that there are 3 route, T1.2 and T3. U will stay this hotel for next trip too.

This is the MUST stay Hotel if you are in Beijing for a short stay . Staff are terrific pleasant helpful and professional. The airport service is quick and have nice vehicles. The snack late at night is just right . Rooms are provided with a very comfortable bed and the showers are supplied with plenty of hot water unlike a number of Hotels in China who now provide like warm water .A definite return visit is on the cards .

Wonderfull hotel, clean to laboratory standards. Great staff, really helpfull, they will see that you are looking for something and will jump to help you. Stayed here for 1 day only and this hotel was highlight of our stay. Hotel is 100% non smoking, which I try to avoid, but smoking area makes up for that (check the photo).

I've chosen Voyage International Hotel because the location. It takes only 15 minutes drive to the capital international airport and the hotel offers pickup and drop off service for free. However, the pickup service wasn't so good as I expected. I called the hotel the day before my flight to book the pickup service as also described in the booking confirmation letter. I was told that was not necessary, I should just show up at the pickup point and there are frequent bus to the hotel, so I did. Apparently, it would works for the one who has Chinese mobile number. As they can frequently call the hotel to get an update of the bus. For me who doesn't have a Chinese number, I stood there for more than one hour to find the right bus. The bus size is different than the picture showed in the confirmation letter. Moreover, there is no sign of the hotel on the bus, so it is difficult to find. The pickup point is outside of T3 building, stood there for more than one hour is not optimal during winter time in Beijing. Note: as the hotel is very close to the airport, no Taxi drive is willing to go. So this is not an option. The two star goes to the receptionist at the hotel. She's quite helpful and nice. She has upgraded my room to a bigger one (22 square meter instead of 15) as it was available. Although it is a no smoking hotel, the room smells smoke. So I got it changed to a new one, but it has the same issue. The receptionist offered me a third room, at that time I was too tired, so I keeped the second one. She helped me to set up the ventilation system in the room and it helped a bit. The hotel facilities are quite new with many smart functions, definitely a plus. If they can upgrad some of their soft skills (cleaning and pick up service), they could get more stars.

Excellence service with Pick-up and drop-off service, high tea with cakes and supper with dumplings and noodles. Excellence front desk service. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel to stay over after a long flight. Good hotel for the worth of your money. Clean, comfortable bed, and great service. The breakfast could be better, but it was still good enough 🙂. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Great location, around 10 minutes from the airport. Good selection of breakfast, they also provided late night snacks. We travel with 9 months old baby, and the hotel provided us a crib. The hotel even fulfilled our request to lower the crib matress. Family friendly hotel, we really enjoyed our stay and will choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!
