The overall stay was excellent. The room was meticulously cleaned, with great attention to hygiene details. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the pillows were just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. I rested well at night. The staff were attentive and cleaned the room efficiently. The environment was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay. The overall value for money was good, and I would prioritize this hotel for my next trip. The hotel's location is convenient, and my room was upgraded. Cici provided warm and enthusiastic service.

The room is clean and sanitary. The service attitude is also very good. This is my second stay. I am a repeat customer. The experience is very good. The location is easy to find. I am very satisfied.

We booked this Hampton by Hilton for our family trip, traveling with both seniors and kids, and the stay exceeded our expectations. When we checked in, the front desk staff, considering we had children, proactively arranged a room close to the elevator, saving us the hassle of walking back and forth. The room was clean and bright; the floors and tables were spotless, with no dust. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for both adults and children. The soundproofing in the room was good, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise at night. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries. The breakfast was especially suitable for families, offering pastries and porridge that kids love, as well as light dishes suitable for seniors, plus a wide selection of fruits and drinks. The hotel's public areas were very clean, and there was also a laundry room, which was convenient for washing dirty clothes after outings. The staff were very gentle with guests and diligently answered any questions we had. The location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi, and shopping and dining options are all very close by. Overall, it was great value for money, our family had a comfortable stay, and we will choose this place again for our next family trip.

This Hanting Premium hotel offers incredible value for money. The room was spotless, with great soundproofing. The complimentary laundry room was a huge plus, and all the facilities were new and smart. The staff were very attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service. I checked in in the evening and they upgraded my room. The breakfast staff were also very polite and the breakfast itself was quite good. I've stayed at most of the hotels in Shougang Park, and this one is definitely worth choosing. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Starbucks and Xiangpifang. Shougang Park and the Yongding River area are becoming more and more vibrant with activities. This Holiday Inn Express is a great choice for business travel, and local staycations too!

Newly opened hotel, very close to Wanda and Taiwan Street, well decorated, the bathroom in the room is still separated from wet and dry, the sanitation is also very clean, the environment is very good, there is an elevator, the price is right, the price is very high, recommended

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and provided professional, attentive service. Whether it was the front desk or room service, I was thoroughly impressed. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during my trip. A special shout-out to the front desk lady who was particularly enthusiastic and had a lovely smile – highly recommend!

The room is very comfortable and I am very satisfied with my stay. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. Takeaways are delivered to the room by robots. There are many parking spaces, which is very convenient. There are many places to eat. It is very lively at night. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, which are very healthy and delicious. The room has a smart Xiaodu that turns the TV on and off for me, which is very interesting. There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs. It is so convenient to catch the rain in the past two days. I love this store and I like the fruit plate given by the check-in lady. I recommend everyone to come and experience it.

This hotel was an excellent choice for my business trip! The location is superb, with very convenient transport links. My room was spotless and well-arranged, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable – I slept really well with no noise disturbance. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, quick to respond to any requests, and the cleanliness was exceptional with no hidden dirty spots. It offers far better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

Extremely satisfied with our short getaway experience in Western Beijing! From the moment we checked in, Yolanda, the receptionist, was beautiful, enthusiastic, and lovely. She was very patient in pointing out important details since I was checking in with two elderly people. Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel environment is super comfortable, perfect for family and friends gatherings. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vast Shougang Park. All attractions are just a short distance from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service was prompt, thoughtful, and patient. 👏 I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit! ✌️
