Seeing the weather forecast predicted snow in Beijing that night, and quite a bit of it, I decisively booked this hotel. It was over 400 RMB a night, but after using my points, I paid 370 RMB, which is quite a good deal. I called beforehand to ask, and they said only the Panorama Suite has a view of the No. 3 Blast Furnace; other room types generally don't. Upon arrival, they assigned me a room on the 8th floor, which is the top floor. The room was very warm and even had a small balcony. The view was facing the miniature train and the elevated highway, which was also quite nice.

I had a great impression of the Jianguo Hotel, so I decided to stay there. Parking was convenient, and it's right along Chang'an Avenue. The room size was just right. I wanted to check in early, and Lillian from quick services was able to arrange it and even upgraded my room, which was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after our journey. The buffet breakfast offered a rich selection, including fresh fruits and vegetables, hot congee, and pastries, all with a light and palatable taste. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped us carry our luggage to the car. The service was genuinely sincere and thorough. With convenient transportation, excellent facilities, and exceptional service as a bonus, it offers great value for money. We'll definitely stay here again on our next road trip and highly recommend it to other self-driving travelers.

The room was nice, a bit old, but very clean and tidy. There was a small vegetable garden and a cat kennel nearby where you could pet the cats for free. The cats were very well-behaved and clean, and the children loved them. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the check-out process. When we went to check out, the receptionist stared at the plush toy my daughter was holding—something we had brought with us—for a long time without saying anything. She didn't say anything when collecting the room key either. Only after we had walked away did she suddenly ask if we had taken it from the hotel room. I think that if she didn't know it wasn't in the room, then she wasn't very professional. If she wanted to ask, she should have asked when we handed over the room key. Asking so loudly after we had walked away, as if we had taken something from the hotel, is that polite? This needs improvement.

It's also remarkably quiet. We found it walking distance to Liugonghui, and Xiuchi was also very close by. Service: The staff were proactive, attentive, and genuinely warm. They even thoughtfully provided a small set of toiletries for our child.

The worst experience of staying in a hotel in recent years. First of all, the hotel does not have a parking lot. The answer to the front desk is that there is no free parking lot. If you park, it will cost 8 yuan an hour. The parking fee for one night is 100 yuan. Secondly, I will tell the hotel front desk in the morning to help clean the room. I came back at night and found that in addition to the garbage bag, I changed two more bottles of water and a pack of paper. The rest was intact. I communicated with the hotel. The hotel replied that we were worried that there were valuables on the bed, so it was not sorted out. We changed it for three days for normal guests. Then if something is lost, Is it okay to put water and change garbage bags?
