A very warm and satisfying stay experience. It was very cold this weekend but we felt warm and happy, especially with a baby. Because the baby likes duck elements, we informed the relevant hotel staff in advance and the hotel helped prepare little yellow duck balloons for the baby. I was very happy when I checked in and kept saying that I would come back next time. The hotel took great pains to arrange the baby's sugar control request. The exquisite snacks prepared were specially prepared to reduce sugar. It was great. I took my baby to the hospital today because I was not sure whether I would be able to come back at noon. A handsome and tall staff at the front desk was very helpful. He patiently and attentively told me not to be anxious, and helped us delay check-out until three o'clock, so that we had enough time to take a rest after taking the baby back from the hospital, and the baby could also adjust. In fact, the normal check-out time is two o'clock in the afternoon. Thank you very much for the warm-hearted gesture of the staff in special circumstances. I have been to Beijing frequently with my baby in the past few years. This is my first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental. The internal environment and the overall quality of the staff are worthy of praise. The staff are polite and smiling everywhere I go. I think I will stay there again in the future. I will choose Mandarin Oriental Hotel again with my parents and family, thank you!

Hilton Beijing Wangfujing was certainly value for money compared to our previous stay at Novotel. Location - It is adjacent to APM Beijing and the Wangfujing walking street. Definitely accessible to shopping for all the brand names. Jinyuhutong station along subway Line 8 is about 6min walk. Food: Food wise, there are plenty of choices though price wise they are targeted to tourists. Service: Excellent attention and service from all staff. Most are conversant in English. Breakfast buffet is pretty decent. My booking entitled 2 to the hi-tea and happy hours at the executive lounge. Quite a good selection of food and drinks during happy hour. Hi-tea was a little of a let down... wish there was better finger food selection. Overall, we will recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in thus area.

Ella's service is also great, and the communication is very pleasant. There are slight flaws overall, but of course Peninsula’s service is nothing to say! Just a few minor flaws to correct: 1. I asked for an extra quilt on the day of check-in. The waiter brought it to my door and didn't pay attention at first. Later when I wanted to use it, I found two spots-like stains and forgot to take pictures; 2. The breakfast was too ordinary. Simple, just the standard of a 4-diamond hotel, and it’s a bit disappointing that it’s semi-buffet; 3. My mother didn’t go to breakfast for the 2 nights of my stay, so I took my child and calculated the cost for my child was 158 yuan/breakfast, and I refunded the money without any communication or exchange. It will be deducted when you check in; 4. The mini bar charge is a bit inhumane. After all, the mini bar is free now. How about charging a few bottles of drinks for a room rate of 3800 yuan a night? How about charging 88 yuan for a bottle of Coke with a market price of 2.5 yuan? ! What? advantage: 1. Good service! good service! good service! It made me feel at home. Every employee provided sincere service with a smile. The quality of Peninsula’s employees is top-notch! I’m sure the hotel treats its employees well; 2.10.3 coincided with the wedding anniversary, and the concierge decorated the room! Thank you so much! As far as this is concerned, the above shortcomings are insignificant! Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws! The Peninsula brand is here, and it deserves it! 3. The service was okay but when we checked in they asked to see our travel log history in which we showed them but they opened up a previous customers travel history and they were worried that we had been to Shandong province but in fact they just hadn’t checked the Chinese persons travel history and they were being overly cautious because we were foreigners. We have been in Beijing for months. They also gave our room to someone else but kindly gave us a lovely upgrade to the executive apartments. The breakfast was quite disappointing the pastries were dry with a hot lamp above them and there was no flavour but a lot of variety for Chinese breakfast style food if that’s what you’re into. I wouldn’t call this a international breakfast. The waitress in the breakfast lobby kindly found us some room temperature water because they only had hot water at the buffet. Because of the location we really enjoyed our stay but we probably will not go again. The amenities were alright but for such a lovely big bath tub there was only one small bottle of body wash which only lasted one tub use and then we couldn’t have a shower or go in the tub again because there was only one bottle between the both of us. I wouldn’t say not to recommend this hotel, it would be very good for people on business trips and big families but I wouldn’t recommend it for couples. Of the five hotels we have stayed in within Beijing, this hotel is ranked last.

The room was okay. We booked a room with no windows. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw that we were taking our children and they upgraded us to a room with small windows. I would like to say thank you. After all, Huangcheng is a place where land is at a premium and traffic is still a problem. It’s very convenient. APM and department stores are just outside the door... Comfortable hotel with an amazing location! The hotel itself is clean and the employees were friendly. It’s about a minute walk from the metro and tons of malls nearby. Take the metro for two or three stops and you’ll arrive at the alleys (ex: Nan Luo Gu). I loved the alleys, there were lots of food and cultural shops. Many landmarks are also nearby!

Here is one of my favorite hotels of my beijing trip!! The location is the best of the best. It’s super close to the subway. Across the street is a shopping center with tons of mall. And you can also walk to the Forbidden city easily. And what i love the most is the hotel staff. They’re super nice and helpful. They tried their best to help me out!! And here is the only hotel that have staff that can speak English. I’m so impressed with this hotel so far

The service is attentive and enthusiastic. I like our staff very much! The cleanliness of some rooms needs to be improved. I booked 4 rooms in total. One of them had hygiene problems, but they changed my room. I guess there was something wrong with the cleaning management. But the location of the hotel is very good. You can walk directly to Tiananmen Square. It is not very far and the neighborhood is very prosperous.

It’s very good. It’s close to Tiananmen Square, less than 1,000 meters away. It’s also very close to the Jinyu Hutong subway entrance. The complimentary breakfast buffet is very rich, and they even wake up early. It was very cold in Tiananmen Square on the day I first arrived, so I arranged a room early and prepared it. I bought Ginger Pian and upgraded the room. It was great. The bed was soft and warm. The front desk service was very good. I was reassured. They would answer the phone in time to meet the needs. The aunt would also clean the room every day. The security was very high. You only need to swipe your own room card. , can you call the elevator on this floor, opposite is the Public Security Bureau, hahahaha😂, super safe, I will choose our home again next time I come to Beijing, the bedding is also very clean, the smell in the air is also very fragrant, very considerate, Happy New Year and good luck in the Year of the Dragon ❤️

I can’t say enough how cute and chic this hotel is and it’s right in the middle of everything. Located in the heart on Dongcheng District. Just a 100 meters or so from Wangfujing street . There is a lot of colorful action there as this section of Wangfujing is basically is walkable mall so there are thousands of people out having fun getting ice cream and shopping . Very lively area. Located on Dong A Men Street The hotel is just a 12 minute walk from Subway line 1, especially great if you take the inexpensive train and subway connection from Daxing airport or Beijing International . No need to deal with taxis if you don’t want to.. There are great places to eat to the right or left of the hotel . Whether Peking duck or noodles. Whatever your heart desires, you won’t go hungry . There are also little shops for sweets, gifts, pastries or water. .Also not far from Tiananmen Square. Or the Forbidden city , about a 20-25 min walk. For the price the hotel is absolutely worth it and have seen a lot less comfort and dullness for a lot more . The place is updated and modern and the rooms look just like in the pictures on google or what have you. No disappointment, No surprises, no filthiness, mold or peeling paint. We got the Superior Smart Room with window. There are so many nice things in the room like heated toilet seat, great high pressure shower , with head from high above , a fridge, white glass ,blue and gold tones throughout , power curtains( just yank a little on them and they open or close the rest of the way, nice! ) , nice cluster of buttons by the side of the bed with USB or to activate different light or things and just cool modern decor We decided to book breakfast with our stay which is an additional charge of $9, Sure you can eat cheaper outside if you just want a bowl of noodle but you will not be disappointed eating hear either, located on the 5th floor roof top This not a tea and biscuit or waffle and dried egg buffet. This is a full on staffed event with a cook working in the back . The choices of eastern and western food is endless. It’s very large .you will be satisfied . The 5th floor is the outdoor roof where u can sit and enjoy some fresh air and it also has an indoor lounge . The inside lounge has a microwave, a small couch, washing machines(1 or 2, don’t remember ) , two stationary bikes . A couch etc… a place to chill if you want . They have WiFi, though the staff helped me connect I couldn’t really get mine to work. Maybe you will have better luck . The staff is helpful and friendly though English is at a very very minimum. But that’s ok , hell we are in their country right? Just get out your google translate and they will translate back. I found this to be the best method of communicating. In the end , with all the benefits of proximity to food, attractions , subway we would not hesitate to stay here again. Really nice small hotel

The room facilities are average, but the service staff is very patient and responsive to requests. The service attitude is very good. The decoration is antique. You have to walk for a while to go anywhere. There is no elevator. There is a lot of luggage. If you live on the second floor, you need to carry your luggage yourself. The Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum are not far away, nor are they very close. If you have bad legs, you can get there by bicycle or take the bus at the door in 2 stops. You also need to walk a distance to eat, basically about 1.2 kilometers, to reach the place where you can eat, drink and have fun.
