Mir Amin Palace

Was trying to book 1 room for my husband, me and our 1 year old but the hotel refused and asked us to book 2 rooms instead of one. I explained again that my child is 1 year old only and they cut me off rudely by saying even so. "You need yo book another room as per our policy". Extremely disappointing from such a renowned place.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. As a loyal patron, I have always enjoyed the ambiance and cuisine of your establishment, but my recent visit left much to be desired. Firstly, let me address the issue of seating. Upon arrival, my party and I were seated in an area that was notably uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Sun was all over the place , we were seated next to the Charcoal Igniting area , No view of the valley or mountains , but the only view we had was the kitchen door and bathroom windows Furthermore, the quality of the food served was far below the standard I have come to expect from your restaurant. The dishes were presented in a haphazard manner , been sitting in the sun for a period of time . It was evident that little care or consideration had been given to the preparation and presentation of the meals. Equally disappointing was the level of service we received. Our server was alone to cover all our staff, leaving us waiting for extended periods before taking our orders and failing to check in on us throughout the meal. A simple example was asking for a an extra dish of hummus , and the comment received was ( this is all we can serve) Additionally, I was dismayed to overhear members of your staff making derogatory remarks about us complaining about the heat and seating area , replying in a meaning of " this is what you get ,deal with it" This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of these expectations. In light of these issues, I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues raised and to implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and polite. The rooms are vast and comfortable, although the bathrooms could benefit from updating

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. We stayed as a family and booked 2 rooms. The staff were extremely welcoming and very attentive to all requests. The food at the restaurant was so good. Great location with beautiful views. Will defenitly return.

Excellent Service , Food and Very Clean rooms. Highly recommended. One of the few hotels and can teach about the Lebanese Hospitality. The staff were helpful , Respectable. The Hotel Manager knows her Job Well and k kws how to please the guests. Simply amazing .

For upscale dining in a beautiful palace, head to Mir Amin Palace. This complex, which looks out over the Beiteddine Palace and surrounding mountains, was the residence of the youngest son of Emir Bashir II Chehab. Today, the palace is a gorgeous hotel and restaurant.

The staff are very hospitable and helpful - it was an amazing experience, the hotel is authentic, renovated, clean and very well located. It's surrounded by a wonderful green landscape. The food at the restaurant is delicious too!

I have booked the diwan for a private event the place was amazing for its function clean and well prepared and the management of hotel extended their hospitality and professional support . I would like to thank the general manager and director of sales for their courtesy and hospitality The palace is truly an amazing place to experience ans enjoy from staying there and enjoying the beautiful views from the terrace restaurant.

Dormir dans le palais de l’emir amine fils de l’emir bachir … une expérience inoubliable qui allie plaisir et histoire!!! Le palais est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et confortables Le point de vue sur le palais de beiteddine et sur toute la vallée est exceptionnel Enfin l’hôtel est doté d’une tres belle piscine (carrelage sous forme se tapis persan!) Excellent service et tres bon rapport qualité prix surtout quand on compare aux nouveaux hotels/maisons d’hote de la montagne libanaise qui n’offrent pas le même niveau
